Enquiry commission proceedings going on and GJ giving his testimony.
Either this should b a open session or closed session but this is
neither and Selvi/Yogi sitting outside are able to hear GJ's lies
clearly through the half open window.
GJ says Thamarai was a money crazy person who ran the pharma
operation. When asked what exactly he did, he nonchalantly says he was
like a security guard--he just did as told and had no hand in what was
going in the production scene. He says because of thams bad behaviour
he married selvi and was very happy but Thams told a packet of lies
and made him to come back to her.
All the lies go uncontested though Karthikeyan asks penetrating
questions to GJ. But Selvi gets more and more upset and Yogi keeps
telling her not to heed that lier's talk. Her pain increases and blood
comes from the neck bandage. Yogi seeing this tells police to tell
judge that she has to be taken to hospital immediately. Police tells
judge who agrees to the request and selvi is taken to hospital Yogi
keeps on muttering to ignore that rascal's talk.
Arasi's daughter's operation is in progress and Arasi gets conflicting
emotions thinking about Selvi. Doctor now comes and says operation
successful and asks her to buy medicines.
Selvi in same hospital and doctor scolds them for not taking
sufficient care. Treatment is given to her and Yogi is told to buy
some medicines.
Yogi meets Arasi now and Arasi is shocked to see him. He says it is an
act of God that we are meeting again. He accuses her of not coming to
see Selvi despite being told of selvi's condition. Again the
"raapitchaikaaran style" dialogues start and he says take selvi from
here, the people here will not allow her to live.She still refuses and
he now threatens her of consequences and she asks how dare you are to
threaten me.She says she can't take selvi because she has to consider
her family first. She leaves saying this is the last time we should be
meeting.
Govind with GJ and nallathambi and is being tested by GJ/NT.NT asks
him about pharma case and thamarai. Govind says thamarai is a very
good lady and only GJ is responsible. When pressed he says this is
only his personal views. He now asks for 50 lakhs to testify in court
in support of GJ. NT threatens him and then GJ says he will give 10
lakhs and nothing more and you should tell what we are telling you to
tell. NT says if you say anything else, you can guess what will happen
to you.
Arasi comes near the ward where Selvi is lying and looks at Selvi from
a distance and after looking with a sullen face for some time walks away.
