Update for Monday Feb 19-2007
--Anjali dragging away Raja and then comes to Maya and tells her to sit in the wheel chair. Ashok comes out of the car having seen Anjali spiriting Raja away.
He comes near Maya/anjali and talks to Anjali very nicely calling her "my sweet Anjali". He goes inside and tells Anjali to come to the room.
Maya asks Anjali whether he might have seen Raja.
--Anjali/Ashok sleeping in their room.Anjali is in a corner and Ashok can't get sleep and gets up. Now a long mono act starts. Ashok recollects all the past incidents invoving Anjali where she is rejecting his advances and also when Raja was beaten up by Ashok. He also thinks about what he just saw--Anjali with Raja.
He thinks Raja was in this house from morning for such a long time and what he wa doing. Now he acts like a psycho and goes near the sleeping Anjali and keeps his face very near her and says --see how I smell so nice--and you are attracted to that dirty auto rickshaw fellow.And you are telling that you don't like me. Now he says you are going to get the punishment--you are sleeping so soundly now bit this may be your last night.
So saying,he goes inside and gets a iron and makes it red hot. He puts it on her forearm.
Anjali gets up and screams.
--Thilaka trying out a saree and looking happy. Manjula comes in and takes her to task for wearing her saree. She says your mother also is like thia only--she takes others money for chit purpose--may be the whole family is like that,she says.Thilaa says don't talk unnecessary things.
Now the nurse friend of Manjula comes and tells her that Dhanlaxmi is waiting outside. Manjula runs and comes out. Thilaka tells her brother than Dhanlaxmi has come.
Dhanlaxmi is waiting in a auto. she asks manjula whether she ha forgotten about paying her instalment. She says you should not forget so easily. Manjula apologises and pays the money. Dhanlaxmi forces manjula to pay for auto as well.
Manjula standing a little shocked and Guna comes and asks her. She says she paid the instalment to Shanlaxmi. He says if it were a honourable thing, Dhanlaxmi would have come home and asked the money but the fact that she is standing outside and asking for the money makes me worried,he says. Now he says he will go to the beach to think about how to save Manjula (this is some brain storming really by a person not having any brains !)
--Sundaram and Paramasivam,union leader talking inside the mill compound. Chak stops his car and asks them why they are wasting their time.Paramasavam says there is some problem involving Jeeva but chak does not allow them to talk and tells them to do their work.Chak tells sundaram not to call him sambandhi inside the factory
After he leaves, Sundaram says this Jeeva did lot of things against me but now I found that he is having some one in chennai to whom he is giving sarees etc. He tells him that you should remove him from the post of union secretary. Paramasivam says you can't remove a union secretary just like that. He is after all your "maruman",he reminds him.
Now Ashok drives in and stops his car and asks them why you are talking of " maruman". Sundaram says he did not talk about ashok but rather about Jeeva. Then he tells Ashok about his suspicions about jeeva. He says you should remove him from the factory.
Ashok says we need proof and he tells that as jeeva has taken one day leave tomorrow, sundaram can follow jeeva and collect evidence and then ask Kaveri to give a letter and with that we can remove Jeeva,he says.
--Anjali sitting at home looking at her burnt forearm. Her mother comes and Anjali hastily covers her hand and asks her why she came here.
Mother says she has brought her vegetable biryani as she thought it is her favourite. She now sees the burn wound and asks in shock how this happened.
Ashok stands at the entrance of the room watching the scene.
