I have been seen it for while now. the fake acting made her realise that she indeed loves Veer. Even when veer was in jail she wasn't vile. If this happened before she would have gone on about what a big mistake it was to adopt him. How he can never be her son etc. But with khumuds truth comming out she will lose her importance in veers life.
