It is not really about being perfect in spoken English. Infact, nobody is perfect.

But it is the lack of determination in making her life better, despite the number of opportunities presented to her.

It is about claiming that she is the best in everything, when the reality is the complete opposite.

It is about claiming moral high ground while she is blind to her own faults.

How can a serial, which supposedly promotes women empowerment, show its titular character as a loser? It also shows her as a weak and stupid person who tolerates humiliation at the hands of her abusive spouse, in-laws, and children.

And what was the whole purpose of the MasterChef win if Anupama was going to be brought down with a thud! A gullible person who looks up to Anupama for inspiration will develop fear of failure and have a distorted view of marriage, parenthood, relationships, hard work, and professional success!

Besides, it spreads wrong messages like serve your ex even after remarriage, leave people who actually care for you, and never have kids -- neither biological nor adopted.

I want to really meet the viewers who diligently watch the show on tv and ask them how they find this show entertaining? It is so sadistic!
