Spice and Chutney was shown to have been quite a popular joint for North Indian food having weekend specials etc. where even Shruti is said to have frequented for the delicious Chote Bhature. Yashdeep got this already afloat restaurant to run in his absence.

Yashdeep is just the same. Good brother hota toh Jo kaam saumpagaya hain (Reshtorent sambhalna), sincerity se nibhata. Shah Drama ke liye free hall, Anupama ke aage peeche ghunte rehna, staff ka audience banna, Reshtorent me agar customers ki kami hoti toh corrective actions leta aur apne staff ko confidence me leta crisis ke time par aur apni priorities samajhta.

What did he do to save the restaurant? On the contrary he let it go by, now relying on Anupama's price money to buy it back. Either ways, it won't be their restaurant anymore.

As of now, among them the worst is Anuj. Otherwise, we all know who is the worst. the differentiating factor between Anuj and Deepu is Adhya. The way he is treating that girl is disgusting, better to be an orphan than to have a father like him. He failed in all of his relationships be it a father, brother, or son, just to be a good lover and husband. Alas, he could not even become a good husband or lover.

May be he has become a good stalker and obsessor I guess?

If anupama comes and behaves like this in an IT company in one week she will be removed from job bec you have to work 14 hours a day on projects no time for family or sleep too

Roz ka toh drama chalta hi tha. He allowed unrelated strangers run over him, his family business.

Chalo maana, he cannot be blamed for the loan taken years back. But when he knew there was an issue, there was a loan, there was a risk to closing the restaurant, What did he do to resolve the issue?

There was still drama, there was still employees standing in sidelines to witness drama rather than concentrate on work. Granting unsolicited holidays and expenses wouldn't help the cause. Upar se, when he himself is in debt and he is answerable to his staff who are more tenured, he ends up confiding and hiding the truth from them.

Anyone who inflicts pain to people who genuinely love you, care for you, and wish you well that too for those who don't give two hoots about you or ur existence is thankless, ungrateful and worse. In fact worse also seem like a mild word for them.

Funny that every character in the show fares worse on the same parameters. All the supposedly beshtesht people of this show Kinjal, Maa and Majnu all same - utter shame.

Any good business guy would remove anupama from job and appoint a good efficient chef to save hotel and bring profits

Profits dipped because anupam anever came to job on time or worked stipulated 8 hours a day

She ran off in middle and came and left as per will and her cooking skill was not good to attract new customers forget retain old ones

How do you get new customers by increasing menu but anupama knew only gujrathi dishes that too she cooked badly - who will eat hardly cooked raw food and pay in dollars

A really good cook would have expanded menu in new york to bring in south indian dishes and punjabi dishes

In new york and near by many punjabi are taxi drivers and own hotels or shops

and New York has many indian IT companies that have many south indians working in NY and near by who visit hotels

So a dosa, idly, vada, biryani, punjabi butter chicken, naan, partha, upma on menu would attract many more customers and add take ins in boxes (like drive in just order pack and take for families who live in near by Connecticut etc in evening or weekends) What about filler coffee that south loves a lot there are indian shops that sell coffee in NY and near by Connecticut etc the possibility are plenty to make profits if anupama had interest in her job which she never has in any job

You must know your city and customers and how to attract them in life only than business grows

I am not a chef like anupama but i know in a city like NY which kind of indians are more so will cook to attract them only in droves if i become a cook in NY to make good profits for the hotel

Anupama neither has business brains to know what customers like or are there in city nor cooking skills nor she will work hard atleast normal 8 hours a day that all employees work in NY company so how do you expect hotel she works as chef to make profits and pay loans etc

If you are in punjab you cannot cook Marathi dishes and expect to make more profits can you? You have to cook what they like?

Cooking requires not only cooking skill

Same 30 rs filetr coffeee in mumbai street is sold in taj hotel or oberoi for 800 rs why the brand and presentation

Same 30 rs chat cost 600rs in taj

But Yashdeep is the employer. The Restaurant is his responsibility.

He kept her employed despite Anupama's incompetence. That's on him ALONE. No discounts.
