Respectable taur par jeene ke liye use Shahs ki har baat manani padegi ya fir patriarchy approved tareeke se hi koi solution (jaise Titu as a husband) aa jaye. Although ham as a audience unrealistic hi sahi koi fast forward wala solution chahte hain isliye ham kuch bhi imagine kar lete hain!
Warna to Kinjal to dekho.. well-mannered woman hai, Maa ki bhakt hai, baki bad-mannered women jaise Dimpy ko line par laane ka perfect example hain, wo apni Maid Saas cum Jagat Maata (Jo khud ko krantikari samjhti hain shayad) ke saath milkar "by choice" ye sab karengi to jinke paas wakai me choice limited ho ya ekdam zero ho, wo to kya hi kar payengi!
As much as it is true that men oppress women in a patriarchal system, women take part in other women's oppression as well. Because it's a pyramid structure where there are so many identities (whether they work in cohesion or in destructive way it's another matter) work at the same time.
So... Kinjal ko ye jo bhi problem hai (mother wound hai ya Jo bhi) uska solution wo other women ko oppress karke nikaal rahi hai because she is powerful in the social structure. Aur Nikamma Toshu use kitna bhi frustrate kyon na kare lekin un dono ke self-interest align jo hote hain. To voila!!
Isliye Kinjal ka self-interest ye decide karte hai ki wo kab khud ko Upper class kahe, kab khud ko women kahe, kab Middle class ban jaye, kab Sanskar ki baat kare to Kab ek patni aur maa ban jaye!
That's the reason... I don't want to empathize with women who have everything in the world to live a justful/fair life but they chose to be unfair to other women because they have some sort of crazy affliction and they too egoistic to take therapy for it!
And even when I don't approve the action of women like Dimpy, I don't judge them because I get their situation. When they rebel they get brutally punished for it in some way or another. And when they tow the line they have to sacrifice a lot. Either way, they will lose a lot. And the road to empowerment will always be difficult (although Rajan Shahi ki serials me sab Maggie noodles jaisa hota hai)
