Also, Baa is back to her OG self. She is still calling SoorajpaMAA, she has found a new bahu to torture, her husband is on Fight Mode again and tomorrow, she would blame Maa or scold her at least. Today, Dukhmukh accepted that he is the OG puppy. As for Pakhi, I would like to see her fight back instead of being a victim abla naari.

Anupama is a FICTIONAL character so I am not gonna comment on her BUT what baffles me is the constant attempt by the self proclaimed feminists to portray her a VICTIM and Anuj an ABUSER in every damn situation. Initially I use to mock them but now I am finding it extremely problematic. But where?

The people actually defending her are conservative older people and young sexist people. They believe housewives are better than career women, that woman should be doormats, male cheaters should be forgiven. No feminist believe any of the above.

Lets not use every opportunity to smear some hypothetical feminist, no feminist will defend a doormat woman.

I do understand what feminism actually means and I am not stereotyping them. I am referring to certain section of women on social media who under the pretext of being a "flag bearer of women empowerment" defend/justify her regressive and hypocrite behaviour. That's why I have used the term "Self proclaimed". Read properly...

I remember someone had shared tweets from this account a while ago. Thanks for bringing back this content. Had a hearty laugh. And this is one of the most delusional accounts. (Thankfully we see less of them on IF these days) 🤣

The common link between all of these is that they talk as if Anupamaa is a real person who needs to be defended and praised round the clock. While real people who live and breathe are inconsequential just because they do not like a character. Even people who are very religious don't think of God as many times in a day as much as these people venerate Anupamaa. 🤪
