And Baa/V can’t be whitewashed fully ever, everyone keeps remembering what they did. In a way this absolved shahs of what they did back then (read narrative makers wanna built) cuz they need Shahs in good terms with Anu right now for drama/conflict later on.

Coming to Anuj/CA - again it’s situational, yes. But the narrative again is her udaan is stopped unfortunately because of situation Anuj put himself in (which could have been solved by admitting M to hospital back then) and that indirectly affected Anu in not being able to fulfill her dreams. Of course they will never show Anuj directly responsible. Even here, he’ll tell her to go. But she will not leave him/CA at this state and go. So at the end, it will be her decision to stop for her family (read Anuj/CA).. mainly CA. People kept complaining Anu doesn't love CA as much as her bio kids so makers will just prove those notions wrong. She might have faltered before irt CA but she sacrificed her biggest dream for CA. She doesn’t differentiate between her kids and she loves CA equally as others.. She’s a maa so she’ll sacrifice for CA’s well being. That is the narrative. Now you can take it however you want but that is what the narrative is (if M is actually dying)

P.S. - Yes hopefully Baa/Vanraj do get their karma eventually but shahs are primary family and they create conflict so they will never be fully redeemed or get their karma cuz they need to stay relevant.

I'm talking about the "NARRATIVE" as well. At the end of the day, whatever a narrative is, you have to accept it as viewers. They can't write all sorts of garbage and expect everyone to lap it up, it has to make sense. The whole Anuj majboori for example made no sense either but they showed that it was very valid and Anupama herself accepted it. Doesn't mean we all don't think it's stupid. All I was talking about is, while we may accept many other illogical things they show since it's ITV, whitewashing Baa and Vanraj and making them out to be changed, good people is just something most people will not accept because this isn't about being a villain or a good person, it's about being toxic vile abusers, who ruined 26 years of a woman's life all while facing zero karma. The story of the show itself is about a neglected, abused housewife who breaks free from the toxicity of her first marriage and carves her own path in life. That can NEVER happen if you're still obsessed with your abusers or connected with them so deeply. The premise of the show just falls flat, even for an ITV show. I don't disagree with what you're saying, I only feel that some narratives can be rejected entirely and this is one most people won't accept, how much ever they try.

And like I said, I was talking about the END of the show, I know Shahs aren't going anywhere at least now, they want drama more than any empowerment on this show, their priorities are clear. And let's see how long this changed behaviour of Baa and Vanraj lasts. They will flip very soon, especially if they need her for something new. And more than characters calling her out once in a while (while other times calling her cute and pulling her cheeks 🤢), I would wish for Anupama to stop calling her Maa or bechari dari hui aurat who is good at heart. If she does that by the end of the show, it'll be enough "empowerment" for me 👍🏼

Yahan rehkar bhi didi ne kaun sa pati, bacche ko dekhna hai. Sewa toh ex pati n phemily ki karni hai.

I read on forum only that she was going to learn dance in America.

In one clip, I saw her learning dance with students of malati devi.

Thank god, apni chair se utar kar, anupma didi ko pranam karke yeh nahi kaha ki yeh gurukul kabse tumhara intezaar kar raha tha.. Yeh aasan kabse tumhe khoj raha tha..
