Besides all the great advice that has been shared , there is one rather basic advice I will like to give u - get your health check up done ... esp vitamin d , b12 , thyroid , maybe a CBC test ( a doc can better guide you ) ... Deficiency of imp nutrients and hormonal imbalances can often play havoc and lead to mood swings , bouts of depression etc .
Also try and engage in physical exercise on a regular basis , maybe try taking up a sport or dance form etc that u may enjoy ... Physical exercise releases “ happy “ hormones and keeps us energised

No one is alone... talk to someone. Atleast chat here. We all will definitely respond back. No need to have a logical convo. Any crap we all can talk here so please talk and go out spend sometime yourself. We all are here to support each other. As some of us would have gone through same phase at some point.
