Actually Anupamaa exists in real world

I understand we all believe that the show is exaggerated and Anupamaa does too much to always being exploited.

But frankly speaking, such people do exist in the real world. I am a Male and just because I am not as chill and easy going as other guys of my age, I am often deemed as uninteresting and boring. People actually use me and leave just like a doormat.

People come into my life at their convenience and leave at theirs. Yes, I feel ashamed to say this but my life no less than Anupamaa's 😪

Are you proud of all this and want to create 100 other AnupaMAAs ? If the answer is No, then sorry you’re not AnupaMAA.

My unnecessary advise - Try to take some time off to practise few things like not reacting instantly, thinking through what you’re going to say and the impact of it. This way you can sometimes dodge a few bullets which would have made you feel bad later for being used. I am sure if you put real efforts to not wanting to be used and do this small thing, you’d be able to come out of it after sometime.

If you let yourself be used even after knowing that a particular person is using you then you are Anupama else you aren’t.

The fact that you are aware of this itself differs you from deviji.

Life is the best teacher if you are aware of the facts soon you will be able to say no and will come out of it ,dont compare yourself with Anupama because the whole show is making the fals promises which had not come true and will never be because they are showing her a mahaan Devi jee.

The very fact, you admitted your short comings and self awareness, makes you no Anupama in my eyes. I am so sorry, you have gone through this. You can also change your path and probably have or are doing so. Anupama will never do even half of what you have done.😊

Its important to teach kids how to stand up for themselves when required and not be doormats

While i was growing up all the stories, bollywood movies, series, in all, the protagonists, particularly if they were women, were always taught to hide their desires and self sacrifice

This lesson is regressive in modern times. People just take advantage if you are a doormat and most of the time its not conscious or malicious. Its because its easy and convenient. People only think of themselves and if its easy to put something on you because its easy and you always say yes, they will do that. But when you need them, then they won't have time for you because they don't think like you. Its even true in husband wife or parents child relationships, let alone friends or acquaintances. If a wife never asks for anything, never says no, always does 100% of work without complaining or asking for help, they will always be taken for granted

No one respects a person who cannot fight for themselves, we should teach next generation about self respect

You wrote "Doormat" instead of "durmat", so you are not AnupaMaa.

Atleast u don't brag about being the besht in the universe. U accept your flaws and strive to become a better version of yourself. Hence, u r not Anupama and please fgs don't degrade yourself to her level.
