Yashpal is has employed her not adopted her to tell her she will struggle with time management. Anupama is an adult, the least she can do is manage her own time.
It is NOT Yashpal or for that matter any employers responsibility to manage their schedule according to their employees.
Kal ko agar Anupama ka apna restaurant hua aur uske restaurant me 7 chefs employed hain, har roz kisi ek ko koi aur kaam aagaya toh kya Anupama tab tak apna menu nahin banayegi jab tak sabka apna apna extra curricular activity poora na ho ya phir Anupama ke restaurant me aane ke baad kisi ko kahi aur apna talent dikhana ki permission nahin hogi?
