Whatever we heard about Maya was from her own mouth. So she can still be made negative n shown that she is a fraudster n liar. Whatever voice overs Maya got were also not clear that why she was beaten n why after so many years her husband called her his wife..why she stopped anuj from going to police station... Shouldn't she be punishing her culprits who ruined her life.

But dimpy was shown to be raped so turning her negative would look really bad.

The 2nd girl introduced for Samar in Sreemoyee turned negative but her prime motivation was that her husband was a blind Sreemoyee supporter and also to pave way for return of the 1st girl he loved.

Since Anagha will never return to the show, I don't think they will make Dimpy fully negative if they want to keep her paired with Samar, only a temporary stint of objection to MAA like Kinjal had when she was brainwashed by Kavya.

Also if the makers can make a joke of a prostitute, they can also make a joke of a rape victim. Remember the rape track was only to show that MAA is the besht trauma therapist cum social worker cum vigilante. NOTHING ELSE!!
