Stay at home at taboo in India?

What’s wrong with Toshu wanting to stay at home? I am not saying I like him, but I don’t like the premise that men should only work! Taking care of the baby is important too. As long as he’s doing a great job, I don’t know why anyone has a problem!

No issues with staying at home as long as there is such an arrangement/need for it.

Kinjal is not staying at Shah House. So, Paritosh is staying at home to do what? Who is supporting Shah family given their extravagant lifestyle?

Like I mentioned reasons:

1. Kinjal detested working women ALL her life. Now what? Miraculous realisation that working women can be wonderful mothers?

Any redemption for Rakhi?

2. Kavya is working and Vanraj is at home, none has an issue. That is their arrangement and that is fine.

The idea is to show responsibilities being shared and not gender typecast.

2 things here about Vanraj and Paritosh.

1. Vanraj understandably is unlikely to get a job given his age. Paritosh is unlikely to find himself to get a job.

2. Achche pita, to-be achche pita is not a reason to get pardon for the kaands they have done.

shahs and anupam are last ppl to get any change in society

they are hypocrites of highest order and change colors fater than any chameleon

where is jagat mata love for choti anu or kinjal baby now or her anger towards toshu for cheating on kinjal her daughter or any anger on vanraj for using abusing malvika her sister in law

The moment she forgave Vanraj inspite of manipulating Malavika and taking over Kapadia empire, scott free. Forgave him inspite of a life threat to Anuj but made Ankush-Barkha apologise to Shahs, you knew where her priorities lay.

Because Toshu is not some progressive dude who thinks it's ok for men to raise babies while wife works

He is a lazy good for nothing free loader that doesn't want to work because his papa jsnt. Man's selfish AF
