If adhik gives divorce to pakhi tell me i will watch show only than and if knjal divorce toshu otherwise no meaning of anupama bashans and tapads actually. These shahs can never change in 3 years they did not where they will change in 2 episode tapad and throwing out?

Because the function is happening in Kapadia house and Kapadia guests are attending the function, that why Kapadia house level. She didn't demand the wedding , it is happening because Baa wants to keep Shah parivaar ijjat. Please read my entire post. Pakhi isn't wrong about becoming an embarrassment due to poor decor, clothes, etc. I personally know someone whose life was made hell because she couldn't avoid the elite circle and could no longer afford to be one of them any longer either. Believe Maya Sarabhai was just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the rich and elite. The peer pressure, mockery is unimaginable by someone who hasn't been subjected to that. So, don't do Pakhi's re wedding or don't do any function in Kapadia house. If it is done there, then do Kapadia level.

Like I mentioned in my earlier posts, I am against Pakhi's misbehavior and her greed and using Adhik and all. This particular point of poor decor and clothes and becoming an embarrassment mentioned by Pakhi is realistic and just because Pakhi is a vamp, everything she says is totally wrong is not accurate.

The re wedding is anyway more for society main ijjat and Baa's iccha than Pakhi.The Sangeet is really not looking Kapadia status level, when all Kapadia guests are coming and function is in Kapadia house. Not just Pakhi, in real life people would mock Anuj too.

Next on the cards is public humiliation of Pakhi which is looking cheap to me. Frankly, Vanraj and Baa have done bigger kands and none of them have got public humiliation.

Only looking forward to Anupamaa throwing out Pakhi from the house. Hope Anuj doesn't interfere because Bapuji gave him responsibility of Pakhi. Pakhi needs to get a reality check and start respecting people. Even Vanraj should stop pampering her now and support Anupamaa in this matter. Baa, too.

@bold: Totally agree with you here.. I was waiting to see Pakhi slapped.. but because the reason was not exactly that bad from her usual behavior I couldn't enjoy it.. She always was a bit of spoiled and greedy.. so there was nothing new..

I wish the slap happened when Pakhi insulted Anu's mother and brother indirectly when they were called distant relatives...

But the reason Anu slapped her were meh..

1. Buying 60 lakhs worth jewellery.. it's feels less of a problem.. they can return it.. or make Pakhi pay for it to teach her a lesson.. and techincally Barkha was pouring fuel on that fir anyways.. Barkha is also equally responsible.

2. Her bad mouthing Anu and (maybe?) Anuj.. well.. Pakhi always found a reason to bad mouth her irrespective of situation. Her father can cheat on her mother but how dare her mother not forgive her dad and break her family.. So that was not new..

3. Her saying that she wants her husband to be rich.. again...? who is actually surprised by this?

Seriously.. these does not even feel like warranting a slap and public humiliation.. because she is already doing that from before...

but her disrespecting Anupama's family could have been the deal breaker.. that would have impacted a lot more..

No need for apologies, your post wasn't rude at all :) I just wanted to be really clear that I am in no way in support of Pakhi's behaviour and nature.

Yes, I loved the way Anupamaa showed strength against Pakhi and every word Anupamaa spoke was true and long pending. I also liked that the guests were send away and Pakhi was exposed in front of entire family only.

Today's episode seems another good one when Anupamaa refuses to soften towards Pakhi and asks if anyone would like to take her responsibility. Pakhi's character development could have a lot of scope as she is still angry and not sorry. Agree, not even 1%regret. Begging in the room when she is alone with Anupamaa to throwing attitude when she realised Anupamaa is not going to get manipulated.

I have become hopeless about Toshu and Pakhi because their guilt seems temporary. I thought Pakhi had changed for good when Anupamaa came to her rescue in her school dance function but after Pakhi threw out Anupamaa from Shah house, I don't believe she can change.

She totally rocks the role, it's not easy to play that but she's super convincing and the result of her effort shows in the way people hate the character. Unfortunately some people can't tell the difference between reel and real.
