Even pre eclampsia is a high risk case yar. 72 hours is just bare minimum, this was accepted to reduce burden on hospitals. Agar pre eclampsia hai to fir bhi 3 din kam se kam rakhna hota hai, aur agar blood pressure normal nahi hua to usse bhi jyada. Urine output bhi monitor karna hota hai, kyuki kidney bhi affected hoti hai.

Exactly! Depends preeclampsia kitna severe hai. Mild to moderate case mai 3 days mai discharge mil jata hai otherwise patient needs constant monitoring.
