Regarding favorite RWSP episodes -

1. My fav one is first episode, blue outfit one (where GK picks RG), Yellow one (saas vs Bahu), another yellow outfit one (where RG aka Anu sings for Anuj), Pati vs Patni where RG picks up GK 😆, Lavender outfit one, and yesterday’s episode last 10 minutes were nice. These episodes had some amazing MaAn/GauRup moments

2. Also do yo guys remember last week’s Lavender outfit episode? MaAn had a romantic dance sequence

.. GK literally picks up RG when she’s resisting and then he walks with her in his arms to the stage and literally throws her in the air twice. Omgg how freaking crazy was that. GK is mad. It was just crazy 😆😆

I feel GauRup would do phenomenal in a family comedy with nok jhok romance tadka show on the lines of Dekh Bhai Dekh, or Modern family with Desi twist. Something light and fun.

OMG Vaibhs 😱♥️ .... I too had Dekh Bhai Dekh and Phil- Claire from Modern Family in my mind .... Didn’t mention DBD cz I thought not many people would have seen it ...

Yes these 2 would totally ace something like that ...light hearted romance peppered with nok jhok and controlled family drama ... Not this heavy , emotional family drama cringefest...

There is definitely nothing wrong between them. Yesterday they were in different teams and esp Rupali was in a different team from her team Anupama so she might have felt weird. GK gets along well with RG the most, which is probably why he was kinda off in the beginning of RWSP.

After that if you noticed, GK was gone during the entire 2nd round of the episode. RG was trying to mingle with the other people but even she was kinda aloof. GK might have been not feeling well hence he might have left for sometime.
In the third round, when both came on the stage for that musical chair, they were energized. Even during the mimicry part, GK was energized. Especially during the musical chair, they both were having so much fun and totally being playful.

If there were any issues between them, we wouldn’t be seeing such amazing camaraderie between them in the show. Example : Neil and Ayesha, they have issues offscreen hence you don’t see them often in the show and you can tell they aren’t friendly. Also, RG wouldn’t be sitting on GK’s lap and he wouldn’t be picking her up every episode if there were any issues between them 😆 … They definitely share a great bonding offscreen and have great comfort level that translates really well onscreen and on RWSP. I actually haven’t seen the kind of comfort level they share between costars in ITV. Seriously thu thu thu to their bonding/friendship/comfort level 🧿🧿

Regarding Liking, RG did like GK’s comments on her post and she also responded to one of his comment. They might just be busy to be liking and commenting on every post. Even in real life, I rarely like all posts of my close friends 😆

P.S. - Thank you for this topic. We haven’t discussed much of RWSP here..

It kinda looked like they were both sulking 😆 ... maybe keeping them in diff team was last minute decision and these 2 were not happy with it ... I guess after GK not being there in 2nd round , maybe it was decided to include a Maan segment , cz there was visible change in the energy in mimicry round and the musical chairs game ..

Hope the sequence was scripted and practiced. It seems very scary 😨 😳 😬 and touching someone without consent 😕

I can totally imagine GK and Rups as an Indian version of Phil and Claire, with teenage kids 😍😍

Rupali is already pro in comedy and GK has insane comic timing as we saw in RWSP, they would be phenomenal in the rom-com or family comedy genre!!

Or maybe even a webseries would be great.

I personally wish to see them both in maybe a romantic web series or a family comedy drama kinda show ( God knows we need decent comedy shows other than the cringe Tarak Mehta , Kapil Sharma etc ) ... I do think Rupali should seriously consider quitting if she doesn’t want to get totally typecast ( like her predecessors like Sakshi Tanwar , Hina Khan etc ) , thanks to her Sarabhai background people will still want to see her outside of her image as “ Maa “ and she’ll do well , esp if she has someone like GK as supporting cast ...

I don’t think Rupali would quit seeing the kind of money and exposure she is getting. But GOD I would love to see her doing comedy again.

Lmao you are in a different tangent.

GK didn’t visit Nidhi’s house. GK visited Ekta’s (Dolly from Anupama) house and Nidhi was there including Ashish, Baa and the director and crew. That is where they took that pic.

You might have also seen GK going to Rupali’s son’s birthday party. He wouldn’t go if he wasn’t close to her lol..

I don’t think it’s scripted fully but I think it’s understood between them.. I am sure they are very comfortable with each other hence RG is okay with all this..

I mean she sat on his lap yesterday and he picks her up every other episode, so it’s pretty clear they share that comfort level..

I do hope it was scripted. I can imagine my husband doing something like this (he is as mad as GK sometimes lol). For anyone other than a SO it seems weird, but what do we know, they are friends and have a great equation.

On the other hand, its almost the end of MaAn day and no post ☹️☹️☹️
