Today's episode made me very angry

I honestly wish I hadn't watched it. This show is so extremely negative and really raises the audience's blood pressure. Wtf was the point of that whole lecture when Toshu just kept rolling his eyes and making faces? And wtf was Anupama waiting for? As soon as he admitted to sleeping with another woman, he deserved to be smacked than and there, dragged outside and gotten a whooping in front of everyone for such a disgusting deed. She should have revealed it in front of all and played that audio message on blast. And what's this crap about keeping it from Kinjal? No just no, why can't ITV ever show honesty and handling issues right away instead of brushing it under the rug or trying to hide it for the so-called sake of others? Do they not realize that these things build up and it gets worse over time if you don't address them? She deserves to know as soon as possible. The whole thing was pure BS.

From now on wards Anuj character ka downfall to glorify Vanraj character that he was always right in controlling anu.

I haven't watched the episode just fast forwarded it to see whole episode was wasted on the lectures by anupama.

There was no need for that.

They wasted a full episode on lecture.

I want to kill Anupama first. Kya fayda hua iska dhoka khane ka, akal toh aayi nahi. Acha hota vanraj ise dhoka deta rehta and she would remain as a doormat.

She didn't justify Vanraj's EMA she only compared between the two men:

Vanraj fell in love with Kavya (that's another thing he ran away at the time of marriage) but Toshu had a friend with benefit which he is naming as fling basically. She described the generation gap between two. Both men are wrong no doubt. She asked him if Kinjal did it how would you feel..and we saw how Toshu became angry.

THere is no use explaining to him how she feels as a woman if the man does not have any remorse, instead he is justifying "his needs" as a man.
