But regarding the book, the author got tired of Holmes hence he planned to finish him off. Sometimes when one character gets too much attention many writers lose interest. Even Agatha Christie wanted to kill off Poirot but couldn't for the same reason that Sir Arthur Canon Doyle didn't. I wonder if RS or BV as creators got tired of the too much attention given to Anuj that they wanted to kill him off?

Also i think anupamaa is Mrs Hudson, the landlady who serves tea to Holmes, watson and even enemies who might visit

Mrs. Hudson knew Holmes was alive even before Watson... If you see in the comeback story, Mrs. Hudson shifts a bust of Holmes to thwart the enemy... She was the closest to Holmes next to Watson I believe and tolerated all his eccentricities. She knew all his clients too as she was the one who let them in.

Anupama now doesn't actually know that much about Anuj though she does love him. Everything till now she gets to know in the end only. So she should be wither Watson or Lestrade

Ok so Rupali has posted on insta the promo and asked for feedback and I scrolled through the comments... more than 80% of the people feel the same that though acting is good they don't want to watch such a story where it's always negative and sad for the lead and that they would not watch until Anuj is better. 20% of people of course say that they would watch as the leads are good and they have faith.

Seems like more viewers are losing interest with this track but of course if the trp viewers belong to the above 20%, then we cannot expect the track to end anytime soon.

Rupali has doubts about this track so she asked for feedbacks. Not a single viewer is interested to see this track. This track seems like the last nail on the coffin. A large chunk of viewers will be lost which they can never grab back. They still have time. Why can't they just scrap it?

Agree they can show the hospital sequence and make Anuj become alright... but nope... they have a vision, they are stubborn

The hero dictates the story. That's why he was included in the accident. This insecure man can't even for a second lose limelight. I don't think V was originally planned to have an accident. But the hero could not bear the thought of viewers crying only for Anuj. Now it has become more of a who is responsible than what happens to Anuj. All tracks come down to the hero.

It might be possible in case of BV . Her birthday falls on 23 July , the day Anuj saw Anupamaa... She had posted a bday photo on IG , and majority of the comments instead of wishing her , were actually asking ( in Some cases threatening) her not to kill off Anuj or destroy Maan 😆But again I doubt how much control she actually has over the story , as it’s all RS’s “ vision “ 😕

In RS’s case looks more of a pressure to keep Dostana intact rather than a creative decision ...

LOL try harder. If they show him as bechara even for 0.1% then I am quitting. I was thinking ki chalo because of KBC they may give decent tracks but they are rushing like anything. @bold: maybe they want to show jo dusre ke liye gaddha khodta hai vo khud bhi girta hai...or maybe they also wanted to show that Vanraj chahe to uska hath chhorega killing Anuj and Vanraj chahe to Anuj bach bhi skta hain..and vo Vanraj ka kiya hua upkaar maane ..a narc can think anything

Yaar , All roads lead to Rome 😃 - Rome here being whitewash of hero and giving those Shah Clowns esp the psychopath Achhe Pita more Ss . That is the ultimate aim of the show now . All tracks - be it CA adoption , new Kapadias , Kavya’s progression, accident etc will lead to this only . Maan are only there to pacify online audience and damage control , Anupamaa is there for retaining the TRP audience , but the show is certainly no longer about her journey or her progression .... That’s why I’m quite skeptical about this track also ...

Btw the so called crime mystery seems to be a rather poorly inspired version of how the popular literary character Sherlock Holmes dies in the books - He falls off a cliff while fighting with his arch - nemesis 😆 . Interestingly , in RL even though the author killed his character off , Holmes had to be resurrected few years later as his death had lead to huge public outcry and backlash . Maybe DKP had planned something similar here with death track of Anuj ( where they would have shown Anu on her own handling business etc ) , which was later changed to a paralysis track sensing TRP fall if Anuj is even kept away even for few episodes ..

I wonder how will she do it...then i realised she is anupaMAAAAAAAAAAAA 😂

I am already feeling pity for office employees who will be working under her. She will give hours long lecture to get a deal signed....

Bold- This track was used in the show that I watch but in one of the movies of the show which was released 20 years back and how well they did it. This movie was way ahead of its time in its story and was one of the most loved movies till date. And if you ask any fan, majority will vote for this one out of all the others.

Makes me want to go and rewatch it again.
