But suddenly he received termination letter

his happens in corporate(big very big so called famous MNCs) too if you say you want to work in Y company a competitor of X instead of 3 months notice they say leave by evening or 1 week

Every company treats their employee like enemy if you apply to leave comapny even after serving 5 years or a decade in india loyally especially big corporates

If you serve those 6 months all stop talking and start treating you like enemy even best friends

Paras will understand after a week that he had no true friends on anupama sets not even actors who were close to him

PH will give dhamki to actors who behave nice to him that they may lose job if they keep friendship

This is what happens in very big so called corporate MNC too

Lets see if this impacts paras in long term because by nnow PH will be calling other big PHs to not give him job anymore as he betrayed them

Sudhanshu, Madalsa, Rupali may be close to paras but these are very fickle relations i doubt anyone will be close to him after hes kicked off in fear of offending rajan Shahi and star

In india all employees are slaves they are treated like onded labour whether you work in biggest USA MNC or biggest top 5 IT companies or bollywood or TV serials

There are no real labour laws imploemented employee has to pander to boss and employer egoes and lick their boots to get jobs whether VPs or seniors or trainees juniors

Its no US/Europe where proper laws are there and court will take action if you sue employer

Employer and boss are like emperor and employee a slave simple

Only those survive who pander to egoes and lick asses in jobs no matter your talent it never truly matters talent experience education in india and asia

Hope paras survives this

Did you not see how YRF destroyed bobby deol career in 90s by negative publicity because sunny deol showed anger for not telling him Darr story properly

Many actors have faced this so paras also may face it

Ok so he says he was promised 28 days and given only 15 days and the sudden intro of new characters and new family has left his screensspace to a mere spectator... I agree that the makers didn't use much of his potential... People wanted to see Samar and MaAn bond... and Samar - Anu was a bond cherished by fans... The few moments they showed in the Godh Barau was so so beautiful... yet all we were shown was Baa's crass talks and the Gravy or whatever... oh not to forget the truck load of whitewashing that happened... Instead of wasting time on such nonsense, they could have done so much... explored a lot of bonds... Lost potential is what I see... I won't be surprised if Nidhi and Ashish follow out too... They are young and have a lot of potential to shine outside than waste their time as mute spectators in a show... All the very best to Paras for JDJ... But one thing about what he said... the fact that in paper it was 3 years and he says he didn't know it was 3 years is not acceptable... Whatever we sign we are supposed to read fully and you can't say that oh I didn't read, they didn't tell etc... It won't be acceptable in any court of law unless you are illiterate or are using an interpreter for any reason...
