I agree the writers and dialogue writers have zero knowledge of corporate world. I remember the day Kavya and V went to pitch their business proposal to Anuj and Kavya had a dialogue like “presentation ke slides ek dusre se kafi different hai” jaise ki you have a ppt slide copied over and over in a presentation.
That was OP. I was like is Kavya school student that she's saying each slide is different from the other? Matlab kya ki ek slide ka background blue and dusri ka yellow hai? 🤣 Is this what writers think the so called corporate employees do in office? Make multi-colored slides for a presentation? Matlab kuch bhi dikha dete hai.
Aur ye Anuj ka business toh waise bhi business nahi ludo ki dice hai. Kabhi Malvika ke naam ho jata hai, kabhi Anupama ke naam ho jata hai. What about Board members? CTO? CFO? Shareholders? Ye sab ka koi opinion hi nahi hai? No memo being sent out in advance? No plan for how business is going to maintain is objectives/ function smoothly post leadership change?
Bas ek paper pe sign kiya and business transfer. Agar real life me CEO aisa kare, business ke saath passing the passer khele toh uske against injunction file ho jayega and Board Members/Majority shareholders can actually kick CEO out citing loss to company/deviation from company goals. (Anyone remember Iron Man 1? Tony Stark was blocked out of his own company. Even in a fictional superhero universe they got it right.)
But nahi according to ITV creators business, property, assets are all game dices, at any time anyone can sign a nonsensical piece of paper and just give it away like Diwali dryfruit parcel. Koi notice period nahi, koi laws ki bondage nahi, koi government office jana nahi, arre woh chodo koi lawyer ko phone bhi nahi karta hai. Ki property transfer karna hai, business transfer karna, jara aa kar proper papers bano. Koi transitional time period nahi. Bas next day se hi Anupama/Malvika become boss and Anuj becomes roadside romeo. And audience become clowns
