I want to know what anupama finds in leela that she calls her mother and wants all approvals from her

Here is anupama mom who became widow at young age than suffered a lot as shes not very educated to bring up two kids

That must be reason she did anupama marraige at 18 years only as they are poor and she alone widow no father no money etc to send kids to college

Cannot imagine how tough life anupama mom had alone adult person to bring up kids after hubby death (parallel life story with anuj)

Anuj had similar life as anupama mom may be thats why they gel so well as mother and son. Because anuj lost parents at young age only adult of family. Anus mom alsoo lost hubby at young age only adult with 2 kids. The both seem to understand tough life as only adults members of family

Anu acts as if her mother and brother are paraya or strangers and treats them so worst

Why cannot she stay with her mom, help her financially and in house work than being maid to Shahs

You are right. Its nonsense really. What Anupama sees in Baa I have no idea. Just stockholm syndrome. That woman is the definition of narcissist, bully, abuser and manipulative. Why the writers have her madly in love with Baa is a puzzle to me.
