I felt this for few seconds but realised he is very dedicated to his work so this must not be the reason. He looses Interest wherever he feels storyline is deviated from original but he showed interest till last week. He won't loose interest said something is off means this week he was used as a lollipop, so either he shot in hurry, or as usual whenever he is not happy with storyline it shows up on his face. First one will be the reason I think.

N I don’t like it when they repeatedly make GK do OTT comedy scenes instead of his forte 😲 During Mshashivaratri and Holika Dahan and Holi playing scenes there was a hope of getting old Anuj back , but looks like it’s gone down the drain again ...His dialogues this week have been particularly annoying ...

Yesterday promo was again disappointing , haphazardly directed and put together , no feels 😔... Crossing fingers for Maan wedding but again not much hope cz it’s probably gonna be full of Shah drama ...

There was so much scope with the 2 fabulous actors and their chemistry , unfortunately it’s all fizzling out ... 😔

They don't want to get Mukku back because it will hurt him cus obv she will only come to show him his place. I do not understand this trash obessession. I get that you need to have a negative charac in the show to show the positive ones but his is remotely negative. I don't know what brief he was given at the time of the show and all but post MaAn entry, his charac has been one of the most confused ones. I think makers want to show him negative but he has a "hero" image so they go to settle between WW and grey. I dont understand why is it so difficult to accept that he is the negative "lead" (if that satisfies him). We've had such nice strong charac on itv (komolika being one along with ramona sikhand) who have left an impact

They clearly havent been able to please him and the audience. audience now want maAn and he wants to be the hero. it isnt working yaar...how many more weeks will they need to understand this?

I also agree, that there are other ways to get him ss like the bhoomi poojan stuff or even the ganpati in Anuj's house scene. He came there with his son no? there is no need to ruin the essence of a wedding and show it to be this toxic especially when wedding is the endgame and is def going to give TRPs given how popular the jodi is!!!!

And the serial is known to breaking stereotypes no? What stereotype are they breaking by showing the wedding track from a toxic household? Babuji's guilt redemption? Even from a drama point of view, this makes zero sense. Unpopular opinion maybe, it does not have to be grand but it doesn't even have to be toxic right??? the whole of twitter has been tagging the CV repeating this very thing from the start of this week along with ofcourse getting her actual family back - but no, kaano mein jhu tak nahi rengti.

and BV is toh next level - either she is trying to be too cool with her savage responses or she has an extremely bad sense of humor (which is proving to be borderline rude!)

They can still turn this around till IPL is over. So many ways to do it subtlely. Like so many - make trash go back to grey, redeem pakhi a bit, move kinjal-toshu story a bit forward, show Anu's progress, show business scenes (not necessarily his outright downfalls - but small small karma effects); bring Mukku back - show her taking charge of an empire; show more MaAn scenes - ffs they are getting married and there isn't one conversation of them speaking/opening up about their future; progress with Samar's charac (get a new love interest if needed); get Anu's family - show the damaad bonding. and above all, rip that baa-maa bandaid off man. That bandaid has become stale and stinky!!

Take a leap if needed but LET THE DAMN story MOVEEE with little sense if not logic!!

I think sense/logic for them ends at semi circle. They haven't even been able to make that semi a complete circle either bolo! That's how stuck they are on ss

On few ott dialogues he overacted or made to overact in holi episode, he was high was forced to act as drunkard like gaonwalon, gaaon toh hai nahin and cringe ILU..

Most importantly speaking loudly and screaming that he is getting married was against his character sketch! He shouts only when he is provoked to limits repeatedly

tes since hospital track they have experimented with his character, sometimes gaurav is made to act like new Anuj who will think with emotions only and sometimes they switch to old Anuj for 2-3 episodes and then they start using him as lollipop, and then as per required gaurav keeps switching from new to old Anuj, old to new Anuj, sometimes he used old nuances and sometimes he tries to be natural and sometimes he thinks to continue with what he is doing so that we connect with Anuj. And hence on and off connect. But this week he was there for one minute or two minutes per episode, either he didn't want to shoot Unrequited scenes or maybe he is being misled by director, in one sentence he is not being Able to himself, something is very weird for sure. I don't know I'm making sense or not but I'm sure GK will be back with his nuances maximum after this wedding track is over.

Yeah excitement for wedding track is killed.. His long wish is coming true but with overdose of shah family vibes of Wedding are lost.
