V had spoken of Saam Daam Dand Bhed a few episodes back, Kavya is putting the Daam part in action by using her wiles (alleged 🤔) to bribe 🤢

I don't think Kavya understands the difference between losing your self and losing your self respect in love. More than the fact that she loves that vile V, it's the inherent selfishness of her feelings that are nauseating. The pair are a match made in the realm of Hades 😆
