I know I myself predicted this but the turn of events actually surprised me. I dont know if its just me but the episode seemed a little underwhelming to me! The screenplay, performances couldnt pack in the punch for me..not sure if this was shot hastily after the recent U turn in their script. Handing over the empire to Mukku I feel for now was a bad call. The Anuj who was introduced as the composed, balanced and sorted guy was missing in action today. He again makes a decision in an emotion and this time he will pay a heavy price. Why on earth will he hand over something to the woman who is clearly being manipulated by a demon??? I expected better from you, Kapadia Saab! 😒😑😑👎

Episode begins with Anu leaving the house but Anuj holds on to her pallu and requests her with all the strength left in him to not leave. "Mere intezaar ke lakeer bahut gehra hai, lekin abhi uska mitne ke waqt aa gaya" was a powerful dialogue..I felt this was a hint towards the upcoming confession and Mukku soon regretting her actions..jo bhi ho~ Kanhaji dhyaan rakcho🧿🧿🧿 Anuj claims to have made a life altering decision and wants Anu to stand by him and Anu being Anu makes a blind promise🤝

Next Morning, Vanraj leaves for work and Baapuji asks him to refrain from heading out but Mr Shah has programmed his mind with bada admi dreams so he pays no heed and heads off to the AK industries. He is welcomed by a guilt ridden and disappointed Mukku. When she informs him of Anuj's decision, his face beams up with the pride of winning this battle but he doesnt realize this is just the interval🙌🙌 He pictures himself throned on her chair but is interupted by her love for her bhai and bhabhi..honestly I felt nothing for Mukku today! Her guilt, remorse did not touch me in any way.. All I kept thinking was, its time to burn your hands Mukku. She will either let the fire spread to her body and reduce to ashes or will have the presence of mind to douse it in time and manage to escape with a little scar as a permanent reminder and lesson🧿🧿🧿 The ball is officially in her court!!

Anu for a change is upset with his decision and vows to not support him in this. Her gyaan was too tiring..I literally wanted to fast forward all the metaphors and idioms! Makers need to know when and how to place these 'pearls of wisdom'. Sometimes its plain annoying! The issue for me with the screen play of this scene was Anuj actually being influenced by Anu's words! Whether right or wrong, I wanted him to be sure of his decision and be a rock solid on it but he felt wobbly today. This came across as someone who cannot make up his mind and is exactly the kind of consequence when you make an emotional decision. He kept saying about being adopted and he was any ways just a 'watch dog' and how its his duty to protect her and on the other hand he also knew that Anu was right when she claims his decision to hand over power can be misused by Vanraj. This whole episode was contradicting the Anuj Kapadia who put his foot down few days back and did not mind being the villain to protect his sister🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🙁. Another point that really annoys me on itv is always undermining the importance of hard earned money and wealth. Anu's constant 'yeh mitti hai' was so stupid! A self made man's wealth is not shares, property and money..its about hard work and sacrifice. Why is the Indian audience programmed into this thought that money is not imp..what crap!! 🙄

Mukku panics on the thought of her brother leaving her and leaves to convince him only to be stopped by the devil! He wants to have a 'word' with her and we all know how this is going to turn out!

Precap- Anu is clear on not standing by this decision of Anuj and in chronicles of Mukku universe, she is busy being brainwashed by the ice king himself!

Verdict- As I already mentioned, this epi may be worked for the further plots and am sure writers have something figured out but it dint personally engage me as a viewer. Something was off! Even Gaurav's performance dint weave that magic. He usually aces emotional scenes. It was probably coz Anuj came across as 'lily livered' today!! His tendency to leave and run has become his second skin..it began with leaving the country when Anu got married and he still seems to not fight coz the thought of not deserving it all is deeply ingrained in him but this is not the time for him to throw his hands up and watch the disaster, its time to hold the dagger and stab his strong and prepared opponent! On a positive note, Mukku- the little red riding hood has no idea what she is in for and will now watch the wolf come out of his hood to reveal himself as the predator. Hope she learns that a person she has known for 20 odd days cannot compete with a 40 something old love and care❤🙌🥺

The symbolism of his sandal slipping off his foot could mean 2 things:

1..The rug under his feet is literally going to be pulled from beneath him.

2. He is back to where he started, with nothing. Now he is the common man and things are slipping out of his hand!

Either way, this was a disastrous call, Mr Anuj Kapadia

After a long time, am filled with positivity and which motivates me to write.

Sometimes to clear out the mess, we need to step back and pause. I am sure that’s what Anuj is doing currently.

Anuj is deeply hurt by Mukku for the distrust she has shown on him. She had questioned his intentions behind his decision. He had tried his level best to make her understand with love and with haq/assertiveness. But she doesn’t pay heed to it. Now extremes measures had to be taken. When a child doesn’t understand that they can get burnt by fire, then getting them closer to fire so that they can feel the heat will definitely make them understand the repercussions. That will save them from getting burnt. Anuj is doing same thing.

So let’s begin… Anu is leaving the house but not him. But Anuj stops her by holding her pallu with all haq today. He also unfolds the folded pic by which he clearly states no matter what he is never going to allow Anu to separate from him at any cost. He is done waiting patiently whether it is for Mukku or Anu. Now it is action time because he can live without them anymore. That line where he said he is done waiting for Mukku had deeper meaning. All these years he had let her go due to guilt but now he is done with guilt and wants her to come back to him forever without any accusations.

He has some plans upto his sleeve which he plans to reveal next day and asks Anu to support him wholeheartedly without any questions or doubts. Like a true life partner, she offers the same.

Next day, he hands over everything to Mukku and making her owner. Now he has sacrificed everything for her. His burden done but Mukku is down with guilt. She has to feel guilty so that next things can follow.

This whole transfer of property seems to be a plan by Anuj with his legal team. Now when Anuj steps back, V gloating in his momentary win will support, manipulate and instigate the guilt ridden Mukku and try to take over empire. That’s why Kavya could come into action, make V fall and Mukku realizes. All the while property was in Anuj’s name toh he is back to his glory and V is in trash.

The whole kite flying sequence indicated same.. Anuj stumbling and stepping back but Anu is handling things. Today post his decision, Anu wasn’t in favor of it and even sure that V will snatch the empire. So while Anuj takes back seat, she will try to handle it. Mukku is hurt due to guilt and V steps in to takeover business but at prime time, Kavya cuts him down.

In all these, Mukku manipulated and instigated could confront Anu for separating the siblings just like Toshu did to Anuj which could lead to Anu’s confession.

Currently, Anuj is emphasizing that he is doing everything for Mukku, freeing her to do her own wishes, his guilt of adopted n being care taker could be his plan so that V takes advantage and his colors are out sooner and Mukku is saved. I hope track unfolds this way given that Anuj has 120 IQ and moreover this seems to be best logical conclusion for the mess that has been shown in this track.

Precap - Anu doesn’t support his decision and Mukku is still sulking. V seeing the opportunity tries to manipulate by offering support meanwhile instigating her against Anu.

Can't say anything about today's episode. The starting 6 minutes were very good.

The rest is that it would be wrong to guess anything right now. There is still hope that these people will not bring Anuj on the road.

I don't really know what to think of Anuj's decision. I'm still hoping Anuj has thought it through like Arya mentioned in her post. The conviction was certainly missing though. I just hope they don't make it about Anu at the end of the track. It's between the siblings and they should take a stand for whatever that happens in their relationship.

More or less the same thoughts as you. It wasn't a bad epi as such for me; it started off good (liked the lighting). But yes uske baad everything seemed like it was hurriedly shot.

It may be anuj plan or may be his emotional decision because his guilt of what he did with his sister was highlighted mukku never said anything to him who told which hurt him to belt he may realise soon will save his sister or may his sister safe everyone or Anupama
