Fictional characters similar to Anuj ?

since we are SO in love with Anuj on this forum, i thought it would interesting for us to share other fictional characters that have similar traits or storylines.

mine are :

1) Nikolas Cassadine from General Hospital (storyline with Emily circa 2003)

2) Max Evans from Roswell

In history someone like Karan from mahabharat is similar by nature of anuj

Or you can say someone like prithviraj chauhan who loved sanyogita despite all opposition

Or bajiroa in movie bajiroa mastani

Theyy all have similar traits except they are warriors and anuj is business man

If you look at love stories romeo, majnu or salim etc anuj is inspired by such characters to remain in love with college crush for 26 years

This is actually not crush its obsession more like anuj worships anupama

yeah there is definitely an element of obsession there....we dont see if often, but sometimes it comes out and its like 😕...ummm....you just get taken aback by it.

Long time back there was Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin....i used to love Purab's character in that serial. I can safely say my first crush was Purab (Sameer Soni played the role) and I feel Anuj is in many ways similar to Purab.

I don't remember why they killed his character or whatever but definitely his character stayed in my mind for so many years.

I remember Purab and he was also liked by many due to his such character but I was disappointed he remained sidelined

this is the biggest fault of itv i will say and this is why i loose hope!!!

girl...there are WAY too many people on this show now. we barely see toshu/kinjal/pakhi etc (not that im complaining i could watch anuj the whole entire 20 mins..fine by me)...now that we are past a year of the show, i wont be surprised if some of the actors playing supporting roles start switching out, especially since they arent getting as much screen time as they were originally...we've been pretty lucky that no one has left as yet.

i never watched JJKN, but i always heard it was amazing. its weird cuz now that i think back on it, i cant remember ever seeing a character like Anuj on any other serial...everyone else had some element of hating the girl first before he fell in love with her...well most...what about Prem from KDMHMD? i remember his character being softer.

Agreed, they have mutiple stories that can be explored, however many writers loose that integrity in linking of stories and keeping the audience glued at the same time. This is tough and many loose the plots as well.
