At hospital Anupama sits by Anuj’s bed and prays for his improvement. Anupama’s concern for him moves Vanraj , he tries to calm n console her . Vanraj assures Doctor has said he was out of danger . Vanraj then tells Anu that she had given lots to the Shah family all her life . The family needed her love and support . Anupama was still handling all the needs of the family , from smallest to the biggest matters . Vanraj and the family thought they were habituated to her n will get over it soon but he was wrong , the Shah family needed her depended on her , they could not survive without her .
When Anuj entered their lives he too joined Anupama and took care of the needs of the shah family . Vanraj tells Anu that she and Anuj had done enough . Now Life was giving Anu a second chance . She should move on , Anuj was a very nice guy , he had waited for her for a very long time , now Anu should put an end to his long wait , Vanraj says it was very difficult for him to accept that Vanraj was not the correct guy for Anupama , she deserved better guy , it hurt Vanraj to tell Anupama to move on with Anuj. Vanraj states Anupama deserved love and affections , Anuj loved Anupama . Vanraj was incapable of loving her .
Anupama is shocked as Vanraj states he had always snatched away her rights .
But today he says she deserved Anuj n his love . She should move on . Anupama is in disbelief as Vanraj states he realised his ego was huge , yet he was moved by Anupama’s care n concern for Anuj, Anupama was not feeling friendship , but she was in love with Anuj . Anupama should forget about others n accept she is in love with Anuj n move on. Anuj was just right for Anupama . Vanraj then takes Anupama’s hand and places it on Anuj’s . He kisses her head n tells Anupama that he was letting her go . Shah family was with her n will be there always . Vanraj was setting her free , but he will always support her .he had always prevented her from moving on but now he was asking her to move on .

Anupama holds Anuj’s hand but is seen grabbing Vanraj’s hand as he turns to leave . She looks at Vanraj getting emotional as Vanraj frees himself n walks out of the room n he himself gets emotional on letting Anupama free. He remembers the happy moments with Anupama n gets teary eyed
Anupama recollects how Babuji also had asked Anupama to move on ,
Vanraj watches anupama from the window n tells himself that now Anu Van will be able to move on for real .
At shah house Paritosh is seen showing love n concern n support to Kinjal and she gets emotional seeing him in this mode.
At hospital Anupama dreams of Anuj serenading her with his love as he sings the song …”jaanam dekh lo .. Mit gayi dooriyaan…..”
her dream ends as she sees him lying on the bed with Oxygen mask . She sits by his side and covers his hand with hers n lovingly tells him she was willing to give them a chance .
She falls asleep sitting by his bed side . Next morning Anuj wakes up . He looks for Anu n finds her sitting by his bed . Anupama stirs hearing him calling her , she is thrilled n alerts Docs n Vanraj .
Docs declares Anuj out of danger n he no longer needed surgery . Anuj Anu and Vanraj are very happy .
At shah house Baa is doing Pooja jaap all night for the well-being of Anuj , GK wakes up n gets worried for Anuj, he wants to go to hospital first thing in morning .Babuji scolds him n asks him to have tea first . Anuj was being cared by AnuVan . They had received call from Van that Anuj was improving .
They soo get video call from Anupama informing Anuj had regained consciousness n he was out of danger , he no more needed surgery . GK and Babuji are very happy ...baa , Kinjal, Toshu Samar all are very happy n relieved ... they all watch Anuj waving at them from his bed .
Van asks them not to worry as he would keep them posted about the latest .Anuj then leaves for home asking Anu to tell Anuj what she was feeling for him n remember his advise too .
GK gets emotional and thanks Baa for praying for Anuj all night , Anuj has recovered only because of her prayers . GK then thanks Babuji and the family for their love n support during this difficult time . GK gets emotional that he would have been left all alone had it not been for this family.
Babuji hugs GK and reassures him
Van returns home , he shares good news with everyone . He is happy for Anuj Anupama .He had to rush back to hospital and work . Samar offers to get fresh clothes packed for mummy , Kinjal is asked to pack tiffin for Anupama . After making tea for the whole family .
Vanraj informs Babuji that he had asked Anupama to move on with Anuj and that she was feeling more than friendship with Anuj . Babuji is proud of Vanraj . Van then feels very light n relieved .

At hospital Anuj and Anu have nok jhok, he recovers more . He starts questioning Anupama about her feelings n asks her to share her feelings . Anupama stutters n hesitates n stammers as she tries to share her feelings for Anuj . He receives a phone call from Malvika .
Anuj ignores it n asks Anu to talk .
anuj Anu have close moments as Anupama passes her fingers through his hair n sets right the tangles and Anuj can’t take his eyes off Anu .
