I would have to disagree here!

What Anupamaa felt for Vanraj was definitely love, though its started as infatuation. Just because it was not reciprocated or was unsuccessful, doesn't mean it wasn't true love.

That being said, it also doesn't mean you can have only one true love.

What Anupamaa feels for Anuj is also true love. It is stronger because in case of Vanraj there wasn't any societal pressure on Anupamaa to stop herself, she was expected to fall in love and she did.

For Anuj, she has fought her own thoughts, doubts, shame and apprehensions to be sure about her feelings for him, which means it is stronger.

I am rooting for MaAn's love but discrediting Anupamaa's feelings for Vanraj also concludes that what she did for 25 years of marriage was futile. She didn't work so hard for the family and put up with the mental abuse just because of societal shame, she did that because she loved Vanraj and was scared of losing him. No one can do that for a simple infatuation.

So I disagree, Vanraj was Anupamaa's first love and her love was true for him, but true love can also happen twice and her love for Anuj is true as well.

i agree with you but my reasoning is a bit different. anupamaa is quite conservative as we all know...i feel like whoever she married she would've "loved" because that's just what is expected of her. it was definitely a bonus for her that she thought vanraj was so hot (she compared him to vinod khanna), and b/c she's so simple and with such little expectations out of life, i can see why she thought she hit the jackpot. her love is akin to the love you would have for someone who is married into your family, like your sister's husband or your uncle's wife...most of the time you dont have the opportunity to get to know them before they are thrust into your life. you might not even really like them, but at the end of the day, they are family and the care and concern for them is there. this is what i think anupamaa does. i.e. if Baa wasnt her MIL, would she still love or even like her if the relationship was different? like if Baa was her next door neighbour or w/e ? anyways, with anuj's it's different. if she couples up with him, its going to be because she chooses to and not cuz she was told that she needed to love him. you can see already how shocked she is when he does so many kind things for her and often we see her reflecting on how vanraj did none of those things in their marriage despite being her husband. i hope that utimately anu learns the difference between a good man and a bad one. and actually, we should all take some notes here. i get its just a show, but there are so many women (probably in this same forum) who are married to a man like vanraj and living in la-la land thinking that it's okay.

I feel with Anuj she is getting more bold she is changing . She was too conservative in her marriage she was too too shy i can say she was quite dumb who can't saw what Kavya was doing. Now Anupama is getting more bold and i am liking her more. Some will say Anupama ki personality change nahi honi chahiye i will ask why not. What's the problem if she is getting bold. Now usne hair bhi opne rakhne shuru kar diye hai parties mein. In tomorrow's party she will look more beautiful😛I am loving this side of Anupama .

Anuj-Anupama love story is very interesting and very different also . Aaj tak aise love story nahi dekhi . dono side se majbooriya hai😆Anupama's family and now Anuj sister Malvika, yes she is Anuj sister. Aneri ne apne insta pe article share kiya hai us mein saaf hai she is his sister and her name is Malvika Kapadia par shuru mein confusion dikhayege ki wo uski sis hai pakka😆

Ur post makes sense , she loves Vanraaj as he is her husband and she finds him hot when uska rishta aaya uske liye but with Anuj she chooses to be in love - Song Jaanman deklo symbolizes means he is so engraved in her soul now❤️wo chahe bhi to baag nahi sakti usse door. This song was perfect for Anu's situation . In Veer-Zaara movie mein bhi Veer Zaara ko apna love confess karta hai uss waqt Zaara ko usse pyaar nahi tha par wo usko sochti rahi aur ho gaya so in a way this song is perfect for Anu.
