What is Older gen POV on Anuj-Anu-Van? - Page 2

I agree people of older generation don't think romantically but they need compatibility the most. Particularly at that age, I have seen around a lot and often felt, wished there was understanding between them.. glad they atleast are accepting their friendship. As Anuj said is duniya main dost ek ho kafi hai

My mom is 60+. She is watching anupama since day one. Because of her only i used to watch it on and off before anuj's entry and have idea about whole storyline and all important tracks.

My mother has so far always sided with anu when she decided to give divorce, leave the house. Like us, she gets frustrated over anu's over indulgence in shah family matters, when anuj confessed love, my mom feared now dumb anu will break all ties with him and she smiled through whole episode of MaAn convo about their dosti se jyada pyar se kam rishta. She is a bigger maan shipper than me and she is gets upset when she sees any possibility of anu going back to V.

Me too me too..she once helped me dump my toxic boyfriend..she called him home, offered dinner and straight out told him my molu( lovingly called in malayalam for daughter) is not happy with you..you move on and let her move on.if you trouble her I will show you hell were her exact words😂 I was 22 bavk then and she was 88 or something..she is old by number but really belongs to this generation..when I was young and was asked to do some small house hold chores, she used to divide work between me and my cousins(guys) and hammered into them that no job is of low dignity and its imp for boys to help at home. Thats why when Samar offered to make cold coffee I was really happy they addressed that🥰

Yup i have heard also from some ladies that kaun lady is umar mein jo teen bacchon ki maa husband ko divorcce deta hai. Yeh baat to main tub se sun rahi hoon jub vanraj aur anupama ko divorce bhi nahin hua tha

Interesting topic.. My mom & dad has different point of view. They said to move out from a toxic relationship. Its like a relation can survive without love too if it has trust and respect but if not there is ni point. For them anu and van is a big no no. They are like jo ek baar dhoka de sakta h itna bura kr sakta h wo dubara b kr sakta h. A person who is selfish of his ownself wont respect any relation

And for anu and anuj.. they are like wo b anu ka decision h k usko aage badhna h ya ni anuj k sath. Though they are like badhna chhaye per jab mann gawah de tab.

Unko to gussa ata h k khali peeli shah house k drame me anupama kyu ghuss jati h apni insult krane

She is still rooting for Anu-Van. Logic is bas Kavya nikal jaye toh Anu ka ghar phir bas jaye, uska parivaar pura ho jaye.

I told ghar basane Anuj hai. And she was aghast. Apne parivar ko chhod ke kisi aur ke saath? Proper closure is Any and Van.

Can you imagine my reaction! I was so fuming mad. But didn’t want to fight with mom as she has come to stay with me for few days.

Is anyone in the same age group watching the show in ur house? What’s their point of view?
