I really like the feel of MaAn convo today - it felt very comfy and familiar btwn them. Atleast now there isn't this self-enforced distance bc everything is out in the open. I also like how Anu didn't lecture him about calling members of Shah family dramatic or problematic .. he said his concerns diplomatically, too. In a way, he won her over even more with his patience, tact and open-mindedness. I feel as if he will shape her like water shapes stone ... while trauma and drama couldn't change Anu- I think his unyielding and enveloping devotion & respect has and will continue to.

Somehow, I think like they didn't purposefully cut Anuj's time down BUT instead had to because Gaurav's promoting his OTT show? Bechara needs a break in order to keep his sanity 😆

I dislike how they tried to made it seem normal that Anupama could hang back with her kids & DIL (they kinda coerced her to) BUT I think this was scripted bc we need something to ignite Kavya. They could have scripted it as Kavya upset that anniversary plans were made, and maybe the meeting could have been a FaceTime call or something which V hangs back to listen to & laughs about. That would make Kavya's odd fixation on Anu and the family more believable.

At the end, it's shown V is finally treating Kavya similar to how he treated Anu .. let's see how this goes.

This precap was odd odd odd - I really don't care that Kavya is a possessive-delusional psycho or that V has this weird half-lidded smirk thing going on ... I would have been happier with a scene of Baa recognizing & appreciating Anu preparing mehndi for her or something. Or like a scene with Anu imaging Anuj making a mess around her. Or even babuji or Samar imaging Anuj making Anu's hands green. Honestly anything but Kavya & V...

It was cringe worthy - I totally agree!! Anuj's screen space has decreased a lot - 200% agreed... but look at what stage Anu is now.

When she had to leave the house, the circumstances were built in such a way involving Anuj that she did leave the house. At that stage, his screen space was more as he was THE reason.

Now the stage she is in, realization needs to come in that what she is feeling is not concern, its love and then the acceptance. So now the catalysts for her are only the Shah's or V. So their screen space will be a tad more than Anuj's. There can be following situations --

1. V will feel he needs her back as he can be that V only if he has a submissive wife. But he does not know fully that she is blossoming. And Anu is not a fool in that way, she willl not go back we all know it!! However, this will give her that chance to compare, contrast. Situations has to be created for her to do so and we have only V here to help with that

2. Taking Anuj for granted - this can definitely happen and again situations needs to be created for him to STEP BACK so that madam can realize what a blunder she is doing or has done. Again for this, Shah's or V is needed

So we cant help but see more of Shah's bec they are the ONLY comparable points for Anu. Koi naya character tho they will not bring in na. I think the screen space will increase in between when the comparison will start.

thanks Bucky!!! I guess we are going to get irritated a lot with future episodes....but i also feel these are the only people who are there for the plots of comparison/contrast!! So we have to live with it. But Anu is definitely making progress

I want to mention another point before I get buried in work!!

Anupamaa comes with baggage and Anuj has to accept this baggage open heartedly. If he does not then he is not Anuj or the character that we will respect and appreciate!! he cannot make her choose either. I am ofcourse not including Vanya!!!

So him accepting her family and telling her is the right thing!!

A very close friend of mine has 3 kids from his first marriage, plus his parents are there and his brother. His second wife has 2 kids from her first marriage and her SIL from first marriage is her resp. So they both have baggage and these two have accepted that wholeheartedly and are doing their bit beautifully to keep the whole family together. So this is reality doston!!

Juhi agar yeh situation aata hai, he will realize and back off an she will feel his absence and someone will put that point in her head, maybe Devika!! So any situation lelo it will work towards MaAn towards the end!! We just have to let all this play. Shahs are the only other moves in this game and we dont have a choice but to see them sometimes more, sometimes less. These people have not got in new characters or even thinking of it I guess.

Yes Anuj loves her truly and will happily accept her family as his own...

Anu feels she's burdening him but as devika said anuj is doing this out of sheer love, respect and it genuinely makes him happy 😊❤️

Yep and she will understand this and appreciate it more and will be more inclined towards his happiness!!! Selflessness ka rewards bahut acha hota hai, just that patience is needed for that reward to come your way.
