Rupali's gaze was perfect... just the right gaze to convey to us what was going on in her mind... Not a troubled one, that came earlier when anu heard bapuji say what he did, then the penny dropped for her when he said this is kanhaji's aashirwaad.. that was a masterstroke of bapuji, it shows he really understands this woman he calls daughter. He said just the right words for her to take that first step.. Then when she sees him its like... before she saw his love for her as an abstraction, now she is beginning to actually connect it to herself and see him as a man who might make her heart love again. Someone she need not be afraid to love, who will take her love as an ashirwad too.

Thinking back to what she tells him on the mandir steps, her words sound even more significant in the light of what's happening now... So beautiful..

So many things r happening around her. Still she was transfixed on his eyes :

-to read his love for her,

-to understand his love for her,

- to get a clear picture of who anuj is as a lover.

She is seeing at him not from a friend perspective, but from a 'man who loves her' perspective.

She did not made that acknowledgment bother her mind and heart, but now after bapuji's hard hitting words she is seeing him in that light.

She was gulping in each and every word of his , his care for her, his chivalry, his love for her.

Anu's gaze at anuj meant this.

It was not a romantic one for her to steal glances and when he catches her , to turn away and blush.

Anu gazed at the man who worships her. She was more like trying to read his love and find the meaning by diving in and getting immersed in it.

Some comments was abt how anu's gaze was not romantic and did not strike chord etc etc

it is bcoz she is not in love yet. She is just trying to read the love laying infront of her. So it really should not be compared with anuj's love look or gaze at anu coz he is already head over heels in love with anu.

And anu's gaze for the matter was magical. Her intense gaze at him in a shock with peace perfectly portrayed anu's efforts to see his love for her.

yes its not a romantic gaze. Its a gaze of realization . Ab tak wo Anuj ko ek friend ke nazariye se dekh rahi thi even after knowing he loves her. But after babuji talk first time she is trying to see him as a lover and she herself is calculating ki kya wo Anuj se pyaar kar sakti hai . Uss par total faith kar sakti hai in tems of life partner.

Totally agree with you it's not romantic but trying to understand 😳 romance is not yet coming for her side but definitely now she see him different perspective
