It was a cute scene but I dunno, it felt a bit weird seeing a middle aged millionaire getting so giddy over this...doesn't feel / look natural to me..dunno

I feel the character of Anuj is better when understated emotions. I would have been happy with the syari, smile and maybe a teardrop for that scene.

I know many are saying that falling on floor was a bit out of character of Anuj. I understand that every one has their opinion. I totally respect that.

In my opinion it was not out of his character. He has not shown any of his side to anyone. With Devika also he is friend. He has shown his every side to GK only. Because he know that he is the only family.

Yaar express kaise karna hai iski bhi agar hum age decide kar denge to kaise chalega. He was at home in front of his only family so unke samne usne express kiya.

Also, he is like he got water to drink after being thirsty for 26 years. It was his satisfaction. Let him express like the way he wants.

Remember when Anuj gave Anu card where her name was imprinted, she was jumping, same as her he showed his feelings. Also, he did garba at home when Anu said I know ki Aap ho and she is lucky that she has him in her life. That garba we liked a lot. Indeed it was cute, but that was also an expression of happiness.

My only point is that let him show his happiness. He forgot that time that he almost threatened Rohan, Kavya while giving her job, scarcastic businessman who is powerful, intelligent, smart, almost world revoves around his little finger. But we cannot forget that his world revolves around Anu, who in 26 years spoke for him, embraced his friendship in open and aloud. Let him jumb, fall on the floor, do garba with happiness.

If family has been something that broke Anupama, Anuj without a family felt broken. After losing his family and having only GK to call a his own when Anupama stood up for him he is moved. He has been so devoted to Anupama and lived in his imaginary world. Today Baa by reminding him he has none and calling GK a naukar has in a sense made him realise how poor he is with none to love him. the joy when he danced, the glee when she said she wouyld not stand a word against him must have really touched his lonely soul. the way everytime he has a pleasant dream he wakes calling out to GK shows the vulnerabe side of Anuj. I thought it was a beautiful yet poignant moment in his life. something he would cherish forever. Loved the entire episode
