Unrealistic solution

Kinjal is shown in the workplace and all this is a set up to expose Dholakia. But I would have loved if Kinjal wrote an email, a letter sort of thing. Then this case be handled to HR. And then would have loved to see that there is some office politics. But still Kinjal spreads the words to her colleagues. And they also support Kinjal and report the problem of Dholakia to the administration. And then it would have been better if they showed a real life solution.

Dholakia's job could have been snatched away. Saying that his job could have been snatched away, because he practiced this behavior since a long time. When Kinjal shared her problems to female colleagues. It might be possible that, they can come to know who else in the office behaves like Dholkia. The people against whom the problem is reported, they could be punished by snatching away their perquisites. And they can make people aware how the harassment happens, and if such behavior is encouraged then the consequences can be drastic.

Dholakia was just creepy, Ewww and such a dirty fellow. Glad that Kinjal spoke up and didn't ignore and raised a voice. But this is not a family matter, this was an office matter. But just to highlight family, they showed a nonsense solution. The solution was right but the situation was wrong. If this was a road harassment, then it was the solution. But in office place, I still can't agree. I agree Dholakia behavior should have been recorded for a proof but....

Where is HR? The company's reputation is just in stake because of Dholakia. Such family mess is not allowed in office. From where the hell Family lecture of Anupama was needed? Kinjal should be slapping Dholakia, but why Anupama slapped? Company ka ek bhi banda nahi hai jo fight ko handle karne ke liye. Wow??? Kaisi company hai yeh.

Everyone is listening to the family. Kya yeh family ki office hai. Iska owner kaha hai? And everyone is listening to everyone's the family lecture of empowering woman and woman misusing laws. My expressions were just disappointed. The lecture was right but situation galat thi. In last Vanraj was speaking but I felt Sudhanshu was spreading the word regarding sexual harassment. If you knew about the committees, then why you didn't encourage Kinjal to contact the committee?

Overall a disappointing solution it was...

But aaj manager ne kaha anu se ki hamaare yahan office aise harrasment ke liye alag section hai

Aur manager ne to kinjal se kaha ki complain file kare they will take strict action

So here shah family just exposed dholkia in front of world. I think yeh real life mein bhi hota hai log video bana kursi social media mein daalte hai . Shah family did not punish dholkia they just expose it.

Btw department tabhi strict action leta hai jub proof ho. I think recording video us necceary to show proof

Highly disappointed.! The topic was so sensitive and we all were expecting some strict way and solutions for this. But it again turned out to be a family drama with humour added. It was so displeasure to watch everyone saying some or the other thing, it felt like everyone is interrupting forcefully. The thing they showed at last, the management interrupting and telling them about office rules, this we were expecting at the start.

I was expecting that Kinjal would have complaint in the company where half of the management would have supported her and half of them would not have (because of the position of Dholakia). Then I would loved to watch Kinjal with her family support, fighting for herself something like office politics. Bohot kuch sikhne milta specially jo working women hai unko ki how to handle such molestation in office and work place.

I am disappointed.! It felt everything wrapped up in one episode. Pakhi wale dance track ko more than a week they gave importance and for such an important topic they gace just 1 episode.!??

Agreed with each and every word. They could have shown a proper track where they show Kinjal going to HR and then filing a complaint. Of all the people I had hoped that Kinjal would have done that. The way Kinjal has been shown till now is strong and always standing up for other people why cant they show her standing up for herself. Give the proper message to every working woman out there about what they can and cannot do. What Process is usually followed by companies.

Of course then if they want to show Anupama as the saviour they could have shown that Kinjal files the complaint and some steps are taken. But then Dholakia plays his dirty trick and tries to frame her and she has no option left. In most cases that happens and that is why many women don't complain. After that Anupama and family help her and expose that creep. I don't know why they were in such a hurry to end the complete track. Plus they should have shown Rakhi and Kavya supporting Kinjal and working together but it turned into nothing at all.

The best thing would have been for just Kinjal to go & maybe Toshu to accompany her. It was fine the way it started off, and then when Kinjal went live, just Toshu along with her would have been enough. If they wanted some drama, they could have taken Rakhi along. 😊

It was ridiculous to see the whole batallion show up and start their bhashan. Anupama went on to give gyan to Rakhi too in the middle of this chaos. Go figure!! Yeh kya mazak hai?!
