Anupama asks Advait if her condition was treatable , Advait assures it was , but surgery was needed . She assures she will follow all instructions and diet charts and medications , but he must not reveal her illness to her family. It was Samar’s engagement was next day , they were all rejoicing and they will be saddened by her diagnosis Dr Advait is surprised with her guts and love for her family lhe agrees with Anupama .
At Shah house Baa is fuming with fury at the sight of Kavya with her wedding card n sweets . He visits Anupama at her collage . She spends time with him and asks him to go back to Shah house , already the family was broken not to break it up further .
