A logical story

Why couldnt they give the story a logical turn where divorce happens due to uncompatibility between anupama and vanraj (I am not writing AnuRaj deliberately)?

One side Anupama would be getting strong professionally while on the other side family accepts kavya with time, they could have shown brilliantly how a fammily gets over a divorce and adjusts with and accepts a second DIL.

a fun relationship with baa, a friendly relationship with the stepchildren

But no ITV has only two type of FL's either complete black or complete white

Actually I dont have any problem with anupama journey.

Afterall that was the main theme of the show but to show other women like kavya and rakhi as ultimate villans was not justified at all

Makers ka goal anupama ko devi banana hai , anupama ko normal insaan rehne nai dete ek bhi episode mai . Makers ko sirf itna he aata hai .

I like your idea but to execute it they need atleast graduate story writer. Abhi to saste 4th standard fail writers hire kiye huve lagte hai .

I don't think a positive or even light grey Kavya would be possible with the way this story was framed...

The fact that she had full knowledge of the fact that her bf was married throughout their 8 year long affair, and even made friends with his wife and kids whilst doing this... not to mention the fact that she was married herself...

Kavya had to be negative here, but it would definitely be interesting to see a good, well written show on ITV about a blended family that breaks stereotypes whilst being realistic!

Tbf I don't think Rakhhi is supposed to be an out and out vamp, which is one of the things I was actually liking this show for...

Kinjal, Devika (who I wish would come knock some sense into Anu asap) and Nandini are modern women independent who are positive too...

The only thing that's turned me off this show and made me stop watching is how Anu seems to have gone completely crazy lately!

I agree. they could have totally made this into a great and different story. Anupama's successful journey on one side and Kavya on the other hand trying to adjust with this new family. Of course it would be had for Samar and Pakhi to accept her and they would have small issues regarding this.

Main storyline would be Anu being successful each day and Kavya realizing V's real face including all the selfish people living in that house. She having to deal with them in her way as in not taking crap from them. Like her making V and Pakhi do their own work was not wrong at all. So these kind of adjustments would have been enough.

And on top of this add some of the insecurities that she would have when the whole family intentionally and unintentionally compare her or expect her to be like Anupama.

I really feel Kavya was a grey character before. Her being friends with Anupama just happened but she didnt mean to hurt her. She did support her as a woman when she had to infront of V. She at one point even told him to give her the house. She really just wanted her V.

(totally not defending her for EMA but still turning her into a vamp was not necessary especially because this is giving sympathy to the real main villain)

Right now Rakhi is the only one who can call a spade a spade without being stopped by the nonsense gyan of Anupama. So yea she is my favorite character. Kinjal and Samar are great but their tongues are tied. she is not letting them speak up. But they still deserve credit for trying as much as they can.

Dusre anupama ke badle kuch bhi decide nai karte ulta deviji he sabko suggestion deti firti hai

Anupama ko lagta hai kavya buri nai hai kavya badal sakti hai to thik hai na woh khud de second chance kavya ko, usko koi rok nai raha hai. Samar, kinjal, baa ko nai dena hai kavya ko second chance so why to SUGGEST them ki bhai woh uri nai hai usko second chance do.

Anupama ko lagta hai toshu ke papa se GALTI hui hai extra marital affair kar k, it's ok agar usko uske cheater husband ka 8 saal ka affair galti lagta hai, Samar ko nai lagta hai extra marital affair is just GALATI. Why she wants SUGGEST ki samar vanraj se mafi mange?????

Anupama ko divorce ke decision ke baad na he koi uske school/dance career ke liye kuch suggest karta hai na he usko ghar mai rehna chahiye ki nai uske liye koi kuch suggest karta hai and pakhi ke liye rukne ka decision bhi khud anupama ka tha . Anupama wohi kar rahi hai jo usko sahi lagta hai and wohi chahti hai ki jo usko sahi lagta hai wohi baaki sab bhi kare🤢

It is like only anupama knows what is right or wrong that's why bapuji ke ghar ke blank papers par sign kar ne ke baad papers bapuji ko wapas dene ke badle vanraj ke hath mai diye🤢
