Anupamaa Written Update 18 Jan 2021

The episode begins with Vanraj’s dream confession to Anupama .He dreams that he goes to Anu when she is admiring candeel floating in the sky n findin gher alone he confesses his feeling for her, they he had tried to love her all these 25 yrs but failed, but now he had developed feelings for her, just like the sky felt no importance for the moon but when the moon came down sky started feeling for it n missing it n yearning for it . Same way he felt for Anupama. He apologises for his mistakes for breaking her heart m breaking up this family, breaking their relationship n asks Anu to give him second chances . He had seen her mending all broken stuff, he asks her to meet their relation ship too. He wants to mend his marriage . He asks Anu if she could give him a chance , Anu says when she saw him lying at accident site she realises she still loved him despite their broken marriage . She hugs him n asks him if he was sure he would. It betray her again . Vanraj assures her .

Vanraj’s dream shatters as Samar asks the family to enjoy ice creams as all kandeels were floated n it was time for Shah family. Ice cream tradition . Everyone enjoys ice cream.

next morning Anupama is busy with breakfast preparation n laying the table . Vanraj comes and tries to talk to Anupama n confess his feelings , he gets distracted by the romantic song playing on the radio expressing his exact feelings . Anungets awkward n asks if he wanted something or say anything . He begins to express but Samar arrives pulling his mom away as she was getting late for school . Today was her school inspection . Anu rushes .. Baa is her usual taunting best . Delaying Anupama much to Samar n Van’s annoyance. Anupama assures she had kept everything ready and Kinjal had been explained , she would do everything. Baa taunts Kinjal n Anu both .
Kinjal wakes up Sleepy Toshu, he tries tk get romantic with Kinjal but she reminds him of her housework and their preparation for campus selections .

Samar is hurrying Anu to school n reminding her of the school inspection. Vanraj offers them his car as it had returned from workshop after repairs . Anu n Samar are taken aback at his never before offer.

Samar gifts Nandini as book , she complains that he knew she was nit an avid reader . Samar wants Nandini to read about life giving second chances, how to med one’s broken heart n move on, Nandini is surprised . She asks did he know something that she did not ?? Samar replies that he knew about second chances . Nandini starts doubting Samar .

Nandini is taking care of Kavya and tries to show her the mirror . He scolds her maasi for getting into this despicable state , she was doing the wrong thing by chasing Vanraj. She reminds how Vanraj had ditched her at mandap in the mandir few months back he could do it to her again, she convinces Kavya that if Vanraj could leave a nice woman like Anupama then there was nothing stopping him from leaving Kavya. Kavya gets emotional n hugs Nandini .

As Anu is rushing out Baa complains about the stalled washing machine , Baa, Anu, Kinjal are discussing it and Samar trying his best to make sure his mom reaches school in time . Rakhi calls n over hears this discussion about stalled washing machine n dirty linen . She lands up at Shah house with new washing machine .

Anupama is returning home after the successful day at school n the happy principal after the nice ply conducted school inspection. She is shocked to see Rakhi waiting at the gate if her hiuse with brand new washing machine .

Vanraj reprimands Rakhi for insulting his wife, he shouts at her and asks her to stop as he would not let any one insult his wife anymore, he had been quiet all this time just out of his respect for his samadhi.

Anupama is stunned to see Vanraj supporting her n fighting for her .

Outside the house Rakhi asks loudly if they were sure they did not want washing machine . Vanraj declares that he was there to take care of his wife, if his wife needed anything he was there to take care of her needs . Kavya is shocked to hear this from Van. Van is shocked to see Kavya overhear all this .
