Srinath tells Anu's daughter Nivedha his mum is in hospital. Nivedha and Anu visit her (as usual she asks RR and he gives her the slip, otherwise Gayathri will recognise him as the spineless husband of Pallavi!). Anu comes out, sees her mil and Balu and visits his wife as well. Nivedha makes some silly joke about her patti having 2 daughters in law and Patti loses her temper to everyone's surprise, and then apologises.
Rukku and hubby talking about going to see RR re Bangalore project. Rukku wants to come along to meet RR because she feels she will get some "clue" about his two timing if she probes at his office..what a busybody!
At office, Ruku asks RR who is going to take over RR's business in future, and RR blurts out Karthik- Ruku asks who it is and RR says its some office executive (!). Ruku's hubby and RR leave the room to discuss business, and she hears RR phone ringing. Seeing it says "home" she gets suspicious and wants to answer but ringing stops. Pallavi is the one calling and she calls again. Ruku about to answer, but stops. Now Anu calls, and Ruku wants to answer but RR comes in and answers- so Ruku cant find any clue there. RR answers, Anu updates him about her hospital visit.
Ruku is very suspicious, RR tells Sundu is getting afraid of Ruku. Sundu says he will try to get Ganesh and Rukku to move to Bangalore.
Pallavi and RR at home, She is upset about Karthi missing, and wants RR to help search with her all of tomorrow. She refuses to accept Shree as dil under any circumstances. RR agrees to go to the temple with Pallavi tomorrow, lies to Anu that he is going to Bangalore on business.
Nivedha meets Prem in nadu theru, exchange Shree's mother's plight in hospital. Aadhi sees them talking, and approaches her after Prem leaves. Aadhi tells Nivedha that Prem is the one who loves Shree and wants to break Shree and Karthik up. They agree to keep an eye on Prem, and Nivedha follows Aadhi to the photo studio to take his passport photo (velai vetti illai).
Pallavi home- Pallavi and daughter crying, missing the bro. Enter Rukku, makes small talk with Pallavi's parents, meets Pallavi, and discusses her findings on Anu's two timing husband. Says she cant find any info on Anu's husband's 2nd wife..they discuss in length all the findings (without asking for RR's name)
Nivedha and Aadhi at photo studio. They find Prem and Shree's photo there- photographer tells them Prem engaged him to take this photo as if they were standing close. Aadhi takes the photo with them.
RR and Anu at home. RR getting ready to go "Bangalore". Rukku and hubby visit..Rukku asks RR where he is going, and RR says Bangalore. Rukku gets suspicious.
At hospital, Gayathri gets discharged, she visits Meenakshi in the same hospital, feels guilty about the hurt she is causing Balu and Meenakshi.
RR and Pallavi at temple. His phone rings, its Anu. She hears the temple bells and RR syas he is at temple in Bangalore. Patti also comes to temple, meets Pallavi and makes small talk.
Patti says she likes Pallavi a lot. Asks her for her name, hears RR call out to Pallavi at that moment, realises this is her other daughter in law. She sees them both walking out of the temple. (how come NOBODY Anu knows ever sees her hubby walk out hand in hand with anoher woman so casually?) Patti is shocked.
Rukku and Ganesh at home. Rukku decides to drop her investigations on RR. Says she wants to focus on getting Nivedha and Shruti's weddings back on. Ganesh asks her to leave the RR rumour alone.
RR and Pallavi visit a few people in his social work circle to ask them if they have seen Karthi around. All return negative answers. Pallavi is convinced he is with Shree.
Gayathri goes home, Aadhi and Nivedha drop them off. Prem enters, exchanges glances with Aadhi. Aadhi walks off, Prem follows him- explains to him he did nothing wrong. Aadhi accuses him of kidnapping Shree and grabs his shirt. Sreenath comes in and asks what is the matter. Prem says Aadhi is accusing him of being a traitor. Sreenath gives Prem good conduct certificate.
Enter new character, young woman getting off auto, goes home, and asks the maid at home to cook good food. She brings the food into a room, and Shree is there. Shree doesnt want to eat. Shree asks them to release her and the 2 ladies tell her their "Ayya" will release her if she agrees to forget Karthik. Shree thinks about it and wonders who is the "ayya", and says yes, she will agree to forget him. The ladies are happy and say they will return with ayya to drop her back.
