ACD doesn't ask RK when he saw sam last and he doesn't ask the association secretary of joe's apts when he vacated. He fails to ask Raj Gautham how Arjun met him and ACD should have warned Gautham to tell Arjun to surrender if he meets him again.

Although I get to peep from time to time. Yesterday, in malaysia I saw ACD comes to Srini house. My mum and I were like "DOH!!' what is going on here? ACD comes to Srini's house n Srini is playing card on his own, ACD questions him, then Srini blabbers all over and then ACD warns him that he could be a murderer. Now is this how a police conducts an investigation? Srini can sue ACD for false accusation. Then ACD walks away. My mum and I felt the whole scene is unnecessary.
