I once made fun of a friend's Mother for saying she was too upset that day as the soap she had been watching had taken an unexpected turn. I also kept teasing my own Mother everytime she found herself engrossed in a soap. Now, the only Indian soap I've regularly watched -- and just for the past four months -- has fouled up my mood. I can understand Giri's sentiments. I hope shopping will uplift her mood. As for me, alone at home on a Friday evening, I shall have to raid my wine bar Or perhaps I'll try to make a comedy out of a tragic situation.

You're absolutely right. If the engagement had taken place, it would have been a happy ending and awfully boring; there would have been no spice. ACD would have lost centrestage as the man to be pitied for having lost his sweetheart, as the man tormented by the thought that he had killed Sigamani. So, today's episode is the best that can ever happen. Yeah, I shall celebrate with a glass of wine. 😉

Aiyo! After reading all the above posts, ennakum mood off aidichu. Yenna ma oru twist! PAvum Priya & Priyan. But what about ACD - konjum yosikevendiyathu thaan. Bonheur I think I am now leaning towards Priyan now. The fight scene yesterday was good. Priyan reaaly shines in that scene and very nice when he sends Priya to her home and tells her to keep mum.

Anyone with me in this?

At least now he should....he is responsible for Priya and Anni...We have seen ACD as a good police officer, seen ACD as a man loved....but havent seen ACD as a man who will pine for his love...hope its a start!

Pat, I agree Priyan is cooool!!! However, my vote is still for the duty-bound ACD..... I guess, he felt being so duty conscious that he had to do everything by the book even if it was his sweet-heart Priya!!! Poor guy, we need to cut him some slack...

Yes, Patraj. I do like Priyan. He looked good in today's episode (in Singapore), wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, spotting a beard and lamenting the death of Mahesh.

But then I can also understand ACD's position. If your girlfriend had been associating closely with a murderer you'd start wondering whether she's in cahoots with him. Anyway, one can't even describe Priya as ACD's girlfriend; the two have hardly had any private conversation, so there is little sharing and understanding between them. It's reasonable for ACD to suspect that Priya may know more about Priyan's activities than meets the eye.

Please vote here...am not exactly comparing Srikumar to ACD..i wont do it...i adore both
