Thanks Shy for the update. If anyone ever asks me why I will never step into a hospital in India, remind me to keep a copy of this episode to tell them why. How can Priya do this? She is supposed to be an educated and intelligent woman, even if she didn't know about patients' rights to confidentiality, she should know about common human decency. How I wish she had talked to her husband first before making this common knowledge! I am saying this in the hope that the producers would have credited at least ACD with more decency. Other than that, this too sounds like a NWW episode.

Btw, do we get relief from this Anandham on Christmas day?

Greetings from downunder. Thanksfor the update, Shy. Glad you're feeling better. Totally non-watchable episode.

Eljay, I do recall one episode of Simran Thirai, where a doctor tells the wife of another doctor about a mental patient's problem (Saakshi Sivaa played the mental patient) in the presence of the patient's wife. I was utterly shocked. So, I can deduce that the notion of respecting patient confidentiality is non-existent in most Indian hospitals.

But to be fair to Priya, the reason she betrayed patient confidentiality is that the patient in question is almost a family member for her and she revealed the information to another family member, Arjun. I am pretty sure most of us would have done the same -- that is, if a sibling or parent or husband or wife consults a doctor without our knowledge and we had access to the patient's file, we might have shared it with another member of the family.

Merry Christmas to all the readers!

Looking at the way this serial is headed, now Arjun will go to RK, and while he is telling RK all this, Kalima will listen from her room and the resident spy, Nallan, will listen from his kitchen. Then Nallan will go to Abi and of course, Abi will go to Madhan and Rohini, follow it up with visits to RK and the clan, and we all know how that is going to take another 150 episodes at least. If what Bon's reliable source says is true, then all this will have to be wrapped up in less than 50 episodes. Now how is that feasible, given all the spywork and naradar work that has to be done?
