Hey guys..I was wondering about writting a mail to either Gajji or Shaan (i don't have their contact address though) somehow to give them some suggesstion.

As we know that something wrong is happening everyday in ASVOI....first, the elimination of Toshi and then Priyani this week. After her outstanding performance of "Bichhuya" what kind of nonsense stupid people didn't vote enough for her???????

Gajji, Kunal mentioned a very valid point there....as long as SRGMP had judging system....many successful singers came out of that and we have Kunal Ganjawala, Shreya Ghoshal and Sunidhi Chouhan....three main leading singers in the industry now. Who voted for them? Nobody...it was the experts who chose them and we are so grateful for that ..no mishap happened then.

And all of know that Gajji is the creative mind for these kinds of musical shows in India.....even he is the man who brought the concept of musical reality shows in India....So, I would say that it's time for Gajji..to think about it once again...and he should take a decision in favor of music and the more deserving candidate ......he can bring back the judging system along with 40% voting from the audience..so that nothing will go wrong. We will have Janta's choice and also the expert's opinion.

This will be something new..........and it will be definitely a hit...something interesting not a boring show.. What do you all think?

Anyway, does anyone know the email address of Gajji or Shaan?

The real winners of saregama all these years are getting negligible offers as far as hindi playback singing is concerned and have many times remained one song or one film wonders except for a select few who have made it big in regional language films. Whenever Gajendra talks about his finds he has only these two or three names, but what about the rest Gajji ji?

Whether we like it or not public voting is here to stay for long since it is the major source of public interest and the all important revenue for the producers for running expensive shows like these.

So what i do is enjoy the show week after week, fulfill my quota of entertainment, come to IF and share my experiences & thoughts with fellow members, sometimes vote(only if it is free), congratulate the winner, sympathise with the loser and move on. It is better to be a detached observer than worry too much about things which are not & need not be in our hands. We have lot of other things to worry in life isn't it?
