Wild card is a drama to bring back Toshi only !

gr8 minds think alike, man ;) I think it's too early for a wildcard round yaar. Also, Even though I want to see Toshi successful and I'm a big admirer of his, it doesnt necessarily mean his success *will* come through VOI. Maybe its time for him to move on... though it was sad to see him go when less deserving voices were sitting there safe in Surakshachakra.

i have a couple of fave singers.....but if u heard toshi he is awesome.....he is great....toshi left becuz gaji wanted more TRP...it is not fair to Toshi...thats why we want him BACK!!

definetely a good singer like toshi shd be brought back through wild card otherwise they will be demoralised and such singers shd be given a chance to re enter in the race through wild card. toshi good luck.

Are we just wasting our time or is wildcard round happening for real.
I am a biggest fan of Toshi and want him to be back in show, but are they listening to us. If at all the Wildcard round happening, when is it? and who will will be in it? Any Idea?

How much of the hype created around toshi is actually true and how much of it is manufactured ?

I remember in indian idol 1 when abhijeet won, a couple of weeks later they showed his entire journey. in the final episode there was a scene where abhijeet and the other finalist drive in from opposite directions, their cars stop and they get out to enter the auditorium. ppl started screaming and throwing flowers at them. they shot the scene after 3-4 retakes where they would keep reversing the cars and tell ppl to start screaming on cue. they actually showed the entire footage.

my point is - its very easy to create hyteria. A couple of ppl taking out jaloos or procession could be very easily be simply all a natak. or they could be very close family and friends of toshi.

Tell me how many ppl have the time out of their busy life to do all this nautanki ? ...
all toshi supporters, please don't take offence, but do ask yourself - how many of you would take a day off from school/work and go out on the street and burn effigies and sing "VOI haiye haiye" ... not many i guess, why ? bec you are all sensible ppl who realise this is just a tv show.

i personally feel this is all a publicity stunt to get TRPs and the wild card is supremely unfair to all those remaining contestants. everyone was aware of the rules from the beginning. and if the judges feel toshi should be the VOI or in the top three, then why all the drama of a complete show and why waste public's money ?

I was so angry when toshi got eliminated and gajji said "he was ashamed of the public voting" ... he is insulting the very viewers who make his show popular. but the truth is they cannot eliminate voting bec they make crores from it.

i thought i wud giv my opinion. My fav contestant on the show is definitely Toshi coz i think he has, in addition to his singing talent,an emotional voice jo seedha dil tak jata hai.I wud defntly like to see him win but honestly i dont think he will.

I dont know whether this voting system crap has any reliability. I mean, is it real? we're not shown the figures,we're told that certain contestants are in the danger zone and one among them is eliminated.The perfomances of the previous week on which the voting is said to be based on has no connection with the danger zone results. Those who sang well loose and those who forgot their lines survive.I think all this elimination drama, wild card etc are nothing but publicity stunts,to get attention by eliminating good ones like toshi&priyani.I personally believe that all those protest marches were fake.
I dont think Toshi has a chance even if he comes back coz basically his mentors Aadesh and Lalit dont favour him. They want Harshit to win and i think they dont care for any other agni member other than him.If Toshi was voted out by the public,as they say, then that can happen again right? In effect these wild carders lost several episodes unnecessarily.
So the conclusion is that i think this Gajendra fellow is trying to fool us and he is playing with the future of talented singers for publicity. Whoever wins real talent will not go unnoticed.

I agree with SAnode fully but the latest news in circulation at Orkut is that there will be 4 singers to come back and show will be aired on Sunday at 11 AM in India.

Besides Toshi 3 more will get lucky ! what a creative mind Gaj has !

I basically think Gajji is afraid to be blamed of favorism if Toshi alone comes back; thats why he added 3 others to the mix! 😉
But SAnode, I agree with you. I'm not sure the voting system has integrity.
