Almost every judge that has come to voi has commented on Harshit's voice as having a true playback quality... Pritam and now Vishesh Films have promised him a song in their films 👏 He sounds a playback singer already with so much maturity and base in his voice... I feel he will make it big as a singer... The only concern is that he sounds like Kumar Sanu a lot - dont know if that is a hinderance 😕

Yea harishit's voice sounds like that of Kumar sanu. And to be frank i think he should not be VOI coz there is already one Kumar SAnu in industry so whats the need of other?

But if we look on other side his voice can suit almost all the actors. Plus he is very deserving to be VOI and its not his fault that his voice sounds like that of Kumar sanu. 😳 And i feel he can be a great playback singer.
In short, he HAS a playback voice.!

I agree with you. I wouldn't mind hearing him doing a voice-over for a hero in an indian film. He would be a treat to hear.
With the Kumar Sanu point, I feel like he doesn't make a song his OWN. He tries very hard to sing in sur and with control (and the result is superb at times) but I miss the point where I think Harshit is singing and someone copying someone else's voice. Perhaps he has to bring some uniqueness to the table in order to appreciate more of "Harshit's" voice and not admire someone's who we already love. I don't know if that makes sense 😕 but he's good!

I personally dont mind it even if he soundslike Kumar Sanu😛 Coz he sounds amazing in anycase😊 I hope he does well...

You know, I never felt that he sounds like Kumar Sanu until Abhijeet pointed it out last week. Maybe he should stay away from Kumar Sanu songs. Even today he sang a Kumar Sanu song but no mention of Harshit sounding like him.

The guest judges say the same about Arshpreet too. Today, Pooja felt that Mirande had the best voice from the girl.

Mirande truly has the best female voice on VOI.

I like harshid's voice as well.......and that is why he got a song offer from the bhatts.

Please note that Kumar Shanu copies the great Kishore Kumar. One of the judges also does it. Therefore, if Harshit should be compared to copy someone, it should be kishore kumar. I do not think if Kumar Shanu is the real name.

Harshit sings well, but I agree with Abhijeet that he sounds like Kumar Sanu.

I noticed that his voice sounded different when singing Kumar Sanu's and Sonu Nigam's song. This happens when one does not have an original voice.
