Going by the performances on Saturday, I would say Abhaas and Ishmit were the weakest... Mitwa was completely devoid of its original flavor and the alaaps and murkis in it just wouldnt end... That is what happens when you try to do too much with a song, and to add to it when pointed out by the guest judge, you try to act too smart by redoing the thing... Ishmit's voice is nice but his song was very flat...

Prantik was way better than both of these in my opinion - rabba mere rabba was terrific except for one point where he went off key - but other than that it was sung extremely well...

My suspected bottom 4, keeping in mind judges scores count (I can't actually predict who's going to go because I don't know the extent to their fan base):

Sumitra - just because of her 12 points from judges
Ishmeet
Arshpreet
Abhilasha/Prantik - It's hard to choose. Abhilasha has been not up to par but she's going to get a lot of pity votes because a lot of viewers still have faith in her voice. But Prantik did sing well last weekend and since he was on the Top of the bottom 4 last week, he might go up. Who knows!

In my opinion it should be Sumitra. Firstly because her mother has accepted that even if she wins the SVOI title, she should get married and settle down. How does this justify the public's money that is being used to vote for her. Does it make sense that a contestant wins the challenge and then goes and gets married and settles down, it would be unjust for other singers who have a ambition and want to make it big in playback singing. Even Sumitra seemed to agree to what her mother said. So I think the public should not waste their money in voting for her and should let her go and do what her parents want her to do.

Now having said that I feel Prantik or Sumitra may be in danger. I hope it is not Abhas or Abhilasha. I do agree with someone's post abt Abhas doing taans and murkiyan where it is not needed. Sometimes they work for u and sometimes they work against. So he should be careful where to exhibit his talent.

Whether her parents want her to get marry or not should not be the reason for her elimination. If she sings well, then why shouldn't she be in the competition? There are married people who take part in such music shows as well. Martial status shouldn't matter.

I think Sumitra was the weakest this week.. I am surprised to see so many voted for Prantik, where he was much better than many others for both days performance!

No Dabulls23, no offence taken at all, this is just a discussion. WHy I said Sumitra should leave is because there is not ambition on her part due to the fact that she agreed with her mother's point of view that (if) she wins the competition, she will get married and settle, perhaps she will give up following the singing route due to marital obligations... so taking that into consideration, wouldn't you think a Abilasha, Toshi, Irfan Abhas..etc.who want to make it big in the singing industry benefit with the win?
