there are many many good songs of mohd rafi.. we public would like to hear from all the contestant to sing mohd rafi's song as a mark of respect to him.

it can be a duet round, then the girls are covered too 😊
actually they can do this on the day one person is voted out as it is not really the performance day

Yes, I really like this idea. IMHO, Rafi has been the greatest of all Indian subcontinent singers, and is truly the pride of India. Younger generation like us also cherishes his work as much as the generations before us did.

Regarding the potential format of the show, I wouldn't mind even the female contestants trying their hand at rafi songs. After all, Amaanat (SRGMP)sang a Lata song last week, and a Parveen Sultana song a couple of weeks before that.

But the realist in me says that this Rafi Special show wouldn't happen. We would, in all likelihood, see just another regular fare in this weekend's SVOI. :-)
