Argument on Vipul's age and voice

Voice and age are starting to be a theme in almost every show.
Why it necessary for the judges to argue over his age and voice?
Abhijeet asked him why he is in such a hurry to compete in ASVOI. He said he should have participated in a few years. Latin feels there is a rawness in his voice.

Personally I liked his likhe jo khat tujhe and I don't think he sounds that young either. He's got a good voice, there's a nice flow to his singing. Many of the contestants are young, he is not the only young one.

Would love to hear your views.

I was also wondering... ages must have been known to them before this, and as you say, others are this old... vipul's problems in this song had nothing to do with age but lack of judgment on modulation.

I agree with you abt the argument and Vipul's voice. But I do agree to some point that he should have sung that song with more happiness. It was bit slower than the original song. Nothing is wrong with his voice even though he is only 16. He sounded good. I am glad he made it to top 3.

Dont Judges know what is age range for this show if it is 16-25 than 16 yrs old will take part 😳

thats exactly what i was thinking.

plus, why would he wait another 2-3 years to try when he got in now. so stupid. sometimes the judges just make me want to throw something at the tv.

i felt so sorry for the poor guy. he has a good voice, sure maybe alittle raw but i'm sure he'll improve with age and more experience.
