Hey Sara! BTW, did I see you on some other forum? DSDDSB? Perhaps? Just thought so because of your name and profile picture.
Anyway onto your post: Absolutely agree! I have watched (when Like OK first started) many of the shows but Amrit Manthan and DSDDSB? was the one that stuck with me. However, Amrit Manthan was IMHO the only show that was consistent in it's original idea. Yes, there were some silly episodes where the characters did nothing but acting or staying in the background. But the overall message or concept I suppose, stayed the same.
With the success Rajan Shahi has got, I had an inkling that Amrit Manthan would be the same. I think one of his strengths is maintaining the show speed, it's not too fast, nor too slow. And even if it is slow, it's there for a reason. Such as Amrit's Manthan, obviously it'll be stupid for her to suddenly turn good therefore showing that extra side, those extra tracks and introduction of Rudraksh is just amazing.
I quite like the idea of Amrit being a victim because this is the ONLY chance for her to reform. To be honest, if this track wasn't shown and Amrit changed seeing Nimrit's love for everyone or whatever, I would not believe it. I mean how many times had Amrit said she'd changed? A LOT. Though, I'm strictly against this immoral issues, this is the best way to go for her Manthan.
