Riya kya topic hai yaar! When I am pareshan I listen to pancham da's songs it just refreshes my brain. Or I talk to my friends feels good

When I am Pareshan I wish to share with somebody(Mummy, Hubby, friend or colleague).. Once I discuss half of my tension would be reduce..

Also I listen Vividhbharti Radio(online), Cook , read books, watch AKA and movies..

hmmm... when i am in tention..i walk too much... walk karti hun aur sochti rehti hoon... phir jab thakk jati hun to so jati hun 😆

baaki mind divert karne k liye i dance... listen rock music... ya phir mera fav time-pass karti hun i.e A2 imaginations... 😃

dearie...coz even i discuss my problems with my elder sis who is my best frnd & she always offers me a perfect solution...but when she is nt around i listen to music, cook & definitely watch AKA old episodes too..so our choices do strike a chord👍🏼Loved reading your post!😊
