2/25 Written Update Complete

hey guys heres today's update... please excuse any mistakes and leave some love.. 😊

Dev Shubla is talking to the press telling them that the court asks for evidence and that the defense does not have evidence and i will win this case like always. after they press leave Sonia walks up to Dev and they introduce each other. he asks if he knows her from somewhere and she says no, but that she was akshats fiance until Amber came in the way. Dev says that now i would like to get to know u. The scene shifts to Lata mom and Kunal and Lata mom tells Kunal that if you were suspicious about DK (I think thats his name) then you should have told me before. Kunal says its a doubt and i dont have evidence and he keeps escaping each time. Lata mom says that he must have been in this conspiracy with Kamini and she goes back to how DK was the one who brought the taxi and left them at the mandir etc. Kunal asks Lata mom how they are going to solve this and Lata mom says she needs time and will ask the court for time. During the court hearing Lata mom tells the judge that DK wont be able to come today and is about to say that give them time till the next date when Dev cuts in and says asking for the next date wont change the truth. then Dev says something about relationships and Lata mom says that Dev doesnt even know the meaning of relationships. Dev responds to that and says that the court needs my knowledge and before wasting the courts time i wuld like to call upon my witness and calls Sonia. Dev asks Sonia what her relationship was with Kamini and Sonia says that she was supposed to get engaged to her son. and he asks her what happend on feb. 7 and she says that she was home and gettig ready to go out and was walking out the gate when kamini aunty called and said that Amber had called her to meet her. Dev says that did Kamini sound scared and Sonia says that yes she sounded really scared because Amber called her to some mandir in the jungle and i also told her not to go and Kamini aunty thought that AD were in trouble and that is why she was called there and she left and never came back. He thanks Sonia and says to Lata mom your witness and Lata mom says no questions your honor. They show a press reporter outside the court saying that Dhara has to be punished as well for her sisters mistake and there are people htere puttin Amber down. AD come across Akshat and Amber and Akshat stare at each other then walk away. Lata and Kunal come to a house where its dark and late tells kunal that its dark but the door is open. Kunal calls out for DK and when Lata mom turns the light on they see the room empty with nothing there. Lata mom finds a letter addressed to the people in Kunals band and it basically says that he's sorry for leaving without telling them but they were in court and he didnt have time because his mom is sick and he doesnt know when he will return and when he does he will call them. Lata mom says he is very cunning. Kunal asks her what they are going to do. Lata omm says that ur doubt is right and we have to have DK to tell the truth and until he doesnt come to court we cant prove Ambers innocence and she wont be able to save them.

The scene shifts to Kunal and the police officer and the police officer says that he cant issue a search warrant without evidence and Kunal replies that in order to find evidecne u need to get a search warrent. the police officer says its not the time to argue and your lawyer only doubts and we cant give you a search warrent without full evidence. Akshat then comes and says to let it be and how long will u try to turn away from the truth and the case has been over long back. Kunal then says that the case isnt over till they find the real killer and Akshat then says that the real killer is getting punished. and weather you agree or not i am right. then Kunal replies saying if you are wrong then what will happen Mr. Akshat. and two lives will be ruined and just think what if you are wrong. The scene shifts to the court room and Akshat comes and sits down next to Sonia and Sonia asks Akshat how he is and he then says Sonia how come you didnt tell me that my mother called u that one day. and Sonia stutters and says i didnt get a chance to tell you. and he says what about police you should have told them. Sonia stutters again and says yes i should have but i was soo worried about mothers murder that my mind wasnt working and that i am sorry. Aksht is about to say something when Sonia gets up and says shes going to go to the washroom. Akshat then sees that Sonia left her phone behind and then recollects how Sonia told the judge that she reached the gate when Kamini Aunty called and told her that Amber called her to meet her. then he picks up phone and looks through the call log and thinks to himself that Sonia said mom had call from the car which means she must have called through her cell phone. but on Feb. 7 not one call came to Sonia from mom whcih means Sonia is lying. Then Akshat recollects how Amber was telling the judge that she didnt shoot and that actually Kamini Aunty was waiting for us. And that she took out the pistol and aimed at me and Dhara. and Akshat asks himself that could he be wrong and that Amber didnt shoot and that mom was trying to kill AD. Just then Sonia comes back and Akshat puts the phone back down. Sonia says that i forgot my phone here and Aksht says oh i didnt see it. and Sonia asks Akshat what happend and why are u staring at me. And Akshat says that i am thinking that when Amber called mom to the mandir why didnt she call me. and Sonia says yes at the most difficult times a mother should ask her son for help but if the son is blindly in love what can a mother do and that may be the reason why aunty called me.

The judge arrives and says to prceed with the case. Dev says that he would like to ask Dhara some questions. and he asks her to swear that she will speak the truth and nothing but the truth and that whatever question i ask you just reply back wiht only a yes or no. He asks her if she saw Amber shoot at Kamini. Dhara replies with a yes and Dev says that is all and that there is no reason to argue on this case no more. dhara then says that it is necessary to argue on this case beacuse that is not the whole truth and that Amber did shoot but to save our lives and she is not at fault and she cannot kill anyone. Lata mom then gets up and says that you are trying to say that Amber shot to save your guys' lives. and Dhara nods her head. Lata mom asks from who and Dhara says from Kamini aunty because she tried to kill us and she had a gun in her hand and she was waiting for us from the beginning. everyone is shocked to hear this. and Lata mom says that is all your honour. the judge says the case will proceed 2morrow. the scene shifts to Sonia walking to her car talking to someone on the phone. shes telling the person that ofcourse ill come to the party but i wont be able to stay that long because i have to wake up early the next morning and go to court. and i have waited a long time for this and would like to see them in jail now. just then a voice from behind says and that is why u lied in court to get this wish of yours to come true. Just then Sonia turns around to see Akshat standing there. And the episode ends on Sonias face.
