So after looking closely at the instagram pictures posted by the cast, I noticed that in some of the pictures, Teja is wearing the golden lengha that Preeti was wearing today. That's her dad's given lengha which she was supposed to wear during the pheres. And the red one Teja was wearing today/for the jaimala was the one given to her by Sarla. So if Teja has changed into the golden lengha, it must mean that the pheres are happening and therefore, the wedding is on!!!

You can see that not only her lengha, but her entire look (gajra, jewelry) is different from the jaimala look in this boomerang.
