Yes, the audition videos had her clearly saying Prem fell in love with but she was using him as a zariya even though she spoke of him fondly. I too would have liked it if she fell in love and then found out and went ahead with her revenge with her heart and mind warring. This seems a little too cold, I mean even if Prem understands why she did it, it is a bit too cold and he will be unable to trust her.

The show was first supposed to be called Ayodhya by the way.

No ways...I dont want Preeti anywhere near Prem even temporarily. 😡 Shoo stay away from Prem girl !!

Seems ZEE is on the path of doing a PhD on faking love & subsequent ditching at the altar (if it is going to happen) theme, however illogical it may look like 😆 !! During December - February only, one of their other shows had this theme, with the genders reversed, Coming back to AD, considering the latest turn of events, I am unable to understand what were the significances of Tejaswini's monologues post Prem cutting his wrist!!! Anyways, I should not look for logic 😆...

Personally, I would have preferred Tejaswini, instead of faking, falling in love first and then being enlightened with the life altering truth going in revenge mode with her heart & brain warring constantly. This sudden metamorphosis from righteous Tejaswini to vengeful Tejaswini emotionally using another person for her ulterior motives is not what Tejaswini has stood for till now.

Personally, I think what you're saying is plausible. Especially after that thread scene that they showed today. But Preeti would have to be really dumb to actually believe him.

@Namita, I totally agree, I too was excited for Arjun-Preeti love story to start but CVs wanted to throw in a love triangle.

Also, it's ridiculous that Preeti manages to show up everywhere PreJas are.

Even though Preeti is annoying and ridiculous for falling in "love" with Prem so easily, I do appreciate that she hasn't turned negative towards Teja (other than the fact that she's willing to break Teja's heart). She's just really selfish.

P.S. It's so cute how you say Preethi, while we all say Preeti. That's how one distinguishes b/w South Indians and non-south Indians. 😉

Its funny because I always use ta instead of tha, because my sister's name ends with ta rather than tha but I recently had an acquaintance with a Preethi and since she was in recent conversation, the Preethi has stuck😆

Wow, really? That's interesting. My Tamilian friend was telling me that the letters t and d don't exist in the Tamil alphabet. So her parents spelled her sister's name, Dhivya, with "dh" rather than "d." I can understand why the h is added in (pronunciation wise). I just find it really interesting and cute. Which language do you speak?

Recently on my holiday, I met a Preethi, so yeah its kind of stuck. I speak Malayalam, which is a mix of Sanskrit and Tamil at its root.

I just love this plot... it wouldn't be any interesting if Teja already is in love with Prem and then she gets aware of the truth, as the process is reverse the whole thing is much more interesting... how would Teja fall in love with the son of her father's murderer!! and how will she overcome her feelings for revenge!!

This is a revenge plot in which love is a part of it, the show got promoted in this way and I'm glad they're sticking to the initial word.

I personally dont think Teja is anywhere close to love at this point. May be before she knew the truth she was developing some feelings for Prem. But now she is just consumed with so much hatred and her desperation for revenge has evaporated those feelings. Not even once do you see an iota of regret or remorse in her demeanour for using Prem. At the moment she doesnt care for him at all only her need to avenge her dads death is uppermost on her mind. Poor Prem !😭😭

TBH for me, this is logically not possible, because its always in the back of your head & it isnt possible to get over your dad's death on her part and her betrayal on Prem's part, how would he ever be sure she is not pretending?
